In her text messages, she even threatened to come to my house and explain to me in person about the boxes. I told her that she cant threatened people and if she does that, she will get a police report and I will shoot her on my property. Imagine that exchange???? I emailed customer service and told them everything and they said that it was just a misunderstanding. Misunderstanding my ass. I will report this company for having psychotic employees.

Now, suddenly, tracking shows the package never left the facility. I went in to check, and conveniently, no one could find it. The worker, who was a tall, Samoan looking female scanned my package, and also told me to file an online claim for my $4000 purse. It's awfully suspicious that the only package to go missing just happens to be the first high-value item I've sent. I trusted this location for a long time, but after this experience, I highly suggest you think twice before leaving anything valuable here.

I come to this USPS because it's the closest to my workplace, making it convenient to ship packages during my lunch break. However, this specific employee always insists that I use USPS-branded boxes instead of my recycled Amazon boxes. I don't understand the issue--aren't we encouraged to recycle? I've encountered this problem with him three times now, roughly a year apart each time, and each time, my package is rejected. The service is frustrating. I always end up going to another USPS location where my packages are accepted without trouble, but it would be much more convenient if I could ship from this location without hassle

One box finally reached the Philippines in early April, but the second one still hasn't arrived at its destination city. I'm now returning to the U.S., after my vacation and the box has not arrived yet. Honestly, this level of inconsistency and lack of follow-through makes me question if I'll ever use them again. There are other forwarders out there offering better service and great rates--it's clear they're not the only option, and maybe not even the best one anymore.

My mother recently passed away and I came into possession of her Roman Missal and a New Testament…read more They were in a sorry state, with the covers falling off but I wanted to save them because my mom had cherished these books as a young woman back in the 1950's. The New Testament was an inexpensive one with cardboard covers. My mother had written notes in it though, so it felt very special. I arranged with David Weinstein to replace the cover with a synthetic material but he found a small piece of beautiful leather and used that at no extra charge. The Missal was re-covered with goat skin. Both volumes were embossed in gold script on the covers. They look and feel amazing - like new books with a whole new life. It was so nice to hang out for a bit with David in his peaceful shop. I would definitely come back to see him for any other book binding needs. He's a real artist.

I'm new to the Norwalk area and the great of pleasure of meeting the owner of Mail Services & Printing, he gave me a tour of his store. It seemed to have everything. FedEx, DHL, USPS, Private mailboxes with a real address, copying, faxing, printing, Bill Pays, livescan fingerprinting, Auto registration, notary public, shipping supplies, name tag, and mail drop box. The graphic designer is able to do personalized business cards, flyers, NCR forms, postcards, invitations, brochures, lamination, and binding. This store is great with customer service. I walked in a couple of minutes before 9pm thinking they closed at 9. The employees were not in a rush to get you back out the door. Very kind employees. They believe in "Treat others as you want to be treated " I say this because of their actions. Today again I had to use their services.
