Called because we received a postcard in the mail. Had a couple of questions and the "customer service" gal was rude and extremely unprofessional. After my 2nd question she retorted "Hold Please!" Then, the owner got on the phone. I asked my questions and he gave me valid answers, yet tried to minimize her attitude by saying they don't have time to be "social" and I said I don't require social; professionalism is all that is expected and she failed at that.
