It's nice to be able to pop in and print something out in a hurry. I emailed them to printandgo@fedex.com to obtain a code to use to print the item. Pre-selected the amount I might need for the copies and was informed by the associate that the unused portion will be refunded to my credit card. I've never had an issue at this FedEx Copy & Print Center. I'm always able to pick up my package the same day I place the request, and the staff is consistently friendly and helpful. There's rarely a long line, and if there is, it moves quickly much better than the UPS store up the street. At FedEx, I never feel like I'm inconveniencing anyone, and they're always willing to accommodate customers. Overall, it's been a great experience every time. read more

Location refuses to accept 75% of packages I take here. I don't use FedEx personally because the company and service is a dumpster fire. I do sometimes need to return a package and some companies use FedEx. I get turned away 75% of the time. This time I get to drive to centennial to get it to FedEx. This location is ok as a kinkos, but not a place to ship things. In my business I use ups. Much better service and prices. read more

Worst customer service ever! I went to bring in a prepaid package and have it wrapped in plastic to protect the videos and pictures inside and was told that they don't do that. What kind of shipping place doesn't have protective wrap for cardboard boxes? I will never come here again nor will I advise anybody I know to use their services. What a shit show. read more

Sending mail/packages with them is quite expensive but all other services and products are more than reasonably priced. Everyone is light hearted but professional. I had a very important and sentimental print job that I was very happy with the end product. I bought a poster, and two extra large prints. Dropped of a few unbreakable pieces in a box. All I needed was some tape and it was ready to ship. Man behind counter took a look and said it needed some more packing and took it over and added some paper to the box. Never asking if this was ok and I had no idea it was a chargeable service. It wasn't until I got home and checked the receipt that I saw the $4.99 charge for "standard medium filler". What a crock and violation of trust. FedEx is about to lose customers if this is the way things are going to be. I won't be back to this site. read more

Unfortunately treated like a second class citizen on my return visit. Different clerk this time - late 50s gentleman. Stopped three times while ringing me up to mail two small packages ground shipping to check in other packages - one occasion being a cart of packages off the FedEx delivery truck. Then he quotes me $30 for ground shipping on a small, two pound box to MN. Tells me the reason is bc "it must be a rural location". Are you kidding? Then gives me a breakdown of "extra gas" charges, etc. I tell him last time I was in I shipped a SNOWBOARD for $17 via air to the northeast. He tells me that he doesn't know how that happened. Terrible customer service, which I'm guessing is bc I was not mailing as a business. Too bad bc he just lost my other half's corporate acct as well. read more

Printing 3 pages of paper here ended up costing me 5$... The computer you use to get your document online and print is setup to drain your money, The connection to the internet was extremely slow (I actually saw google load for a minute...) The system makes you download the page and then print it, you can't just print from online or it will not print properly. I have no issue with the employees. Overall a horrible experience because the tech is out of date, and they charge way to much to use it. On top of the 3G is pitifully slow. If you need to have something printed, go to the UPS store down the street next to the popeyes. I will never go back. read more

People that work here are idiots. All I wanted to do was drop off a box that was fully packed and had a pre-paid label on it. The idiot grabbed the box shook it and stated I would have to open it and purchase filler. I stated there was filler and he said they couldn't "have things rattling around". Not sure who I spoke to, but he definitely knew what he was talking about when it came to getting some help printing some things on card stock. Went to return a package, which I needed overnighted back to the sender. It was an urgent return containing time sensitive material. The people working there told me that since the package wasn't opened yet I could use the same envelope and just write attention to the recipient and that it would be returned the same way I received it, FedEx First Overnight, and I could use the same tracking number. Instead, the package was sent as regular 3 day return and the tracking number did not work for it. Even though the store messed up the return they made me go to another store to find it and take care of it. I had to pay extra to get the package back as early as possible and it was returned past its due date costing me several hundreds of dollars. This FedEx store did nothing to correct the situation or make up for it and really didn't even care that I was incredibly inconvenienced as a result of their mistake. this fed ex store is alright, but the line is always big - they normally only have one person working to help with shipping as well as printing, and there can be a lot of back and forth. plan for an extra 10-15 minutes waiting. despite the understaffing, their employees have always been kind when I have come in. read more
