One of best in the shipping business. Overall, I really appreciate the ease of doing things in FedEx from finding boxes to making copies. However, was not one of my best experiences. I went in to ship a display back to work in the same box that it was sent to me. Nevertheless, I was being told that because It a Hazmat sticker they couldn't accept it, so I am explaining to the employee all I didn't was recycle the box. So after explaining several times that it wasn't what she was assuming, the box was accepted shipped back. The moral of the story is communication, please. read more

This review is specifically for Diana! I'm new to town and I've visited this location a few times to print but I'm loyal FedEx customer. Diana was extremely helpful. Her customer service was superb! Diana was extremely patient with my job and took her time to not only help me, but answer my questions and teach me some things as well. i was highly appreciative of her and her knowledge and professionalism. My husband returned a package for Tory Burch. He showed the QR code for them to scan for return. After a while waiting for a refund I found out that the return label that they put is a wrong one. Tory Burch didnt received my return and didnt get refunded. I tried to reconcile with them but didnt work coz they didnt wanna admit that the return label they printed is wrong. read more

Don't expect anything more than mediocrity from this location .... if that. Clearly FedEx has hired any old body to work at this location. The customer service is terrible. I'm a firm believer of if you don't like your job ... quit. A bunch of unprofessional individuals. I have come to this location several different times so this review is based off that. Usually when I come into this location to use the express print station, there is a line for the other services like shipping and document printing, and it moves slow as hell. You can see the annoyance in the customers' faces. No one bothers to speak to any one of the customers' coming into the door. The hours are inaccurate as well. I showed up today at 9:00 am and the doors were still locked. Although, the door says they open at 10:00 am on Saturday, they supposedly have different hours due to COVID. When you call the phone number for the store, it directs you to an automated line that states to get accurate hours from the specific store page on the FedEx website. The website said they opened at 9:00am today. They were not open! A mess. I left and came back at 10ish am today and I was the only one in store. Three people had left as I was coming in. Do you know that none of the employees bothered to greet me or ask me if I needed help? Lol I cannot make this up. I didn't need help because I was simply there to use the express print station, but that doesn't matter. It's the principal here. The whole time I was there, which was about 10 minutes, one of the employees was taking a personal call. Her whole entire conversation could be heard. I have had to come to FedEx 2x so far within a week. First visit, my husband asked me to drop off our AT&T equipment here to be returned and the second visit was to send a package. Both experiences were great! I literally didn't know what I was doing there other than being directed to "go to FedEx". The workers that helped me each visit did everything for me... even being able to look up our AT&T account number to mark that our equipment was returned. read more

They were nice but training is poor. The lady helping me didn't know how to print a document. 30 minutes to print a page and then she didn't know how to use the register. They were nice but before they get thrown to the front lines they need to be trained on how to do the job. read more

Low stock on everything. Out of 8.5 by 11 lamination paper, laminator is also out of service so is the fax machine. Leaves you to wonder, well WHAT DO you all offer?? Makes no sense that print and ship center is not able to service one of you alls main source of service. I do not recommend coming here. Waste of a drive. This location is always so freakin slow... No one is very helpful, and every single time I have been if there is 1 person other than myself , it guaranteed I will be waiting 10min. I was told there was no difference between envelope and small box, but turns out there is a giant display that shows the differences in price. My suggestion is to swing by this store and take the free boxes you need, then schedule and print your own postage OR go to the post office ... Sadly they are much faster read more

FedEx is the worst shipping company in this entire area. UPS, even USPS always deliver on time. FedEx is ALWAYS a few days late at least. They are just terrible at delivering packages. Their "stores" offer minimal services, their printers are poor quality, and their staff untrained. The whole company just needs to shut down and reorganize. Maybe they can call UPS and ask how to do it right. read more

The most unprofessional, rude and ridiculous staff at this location. Employees on personal calls while there is a crowd of customers waiting to be assisted. In the back chatting and laughing at the line. The employees and the manager need to be fired because they are a total fail. They don't want to be bothered at work. Reminded me of a Dave chappelle skit. Was rude to every person that came in. If you do not want to work there and hate your life so much find another job. It was so bad I contacted fedex. This is the worst location with the worst customer service. The female manager on duty around noon on 12/11/15 is very rude and unprofessional. I was having an issue with shipping a package and her support staff was unable to answer my questions. I was trying to get her attention and she ignored me. The UPS Store on Broadway has much better customer service. I only came to this store because I was told I could drop off my package at any FedEx location (return). If I need to drop off a package again, I will take it to a main FedEx location . These satallite office locations do not help Fedex's reputation . Avoid this location if at all possible! I never give bad reviews, but my experience here was unacceptable. read more

Clearly some people should not work in Customer Service if they are going to be rude and unprofessional to customers. If you do not like your job, go work in a basement by yourself where you will not have any human interaction. I went today to get some invitations printed. Was going to do it myself, as I took my own paper and knew what I needed to do. Because I took my own paper the only person behind the counter today (Sunday 5/15/16) told me that they had to do it for me. After looking at what I wanted, she started complaining that it was going to take a long time to do, as she had to do this and that to get it right. I was going to say something about it being her job, and remind her that originally I was going to do it myself, but I wanted the invitations printed today. Was afraid she would purposely mess up the job so that I get out of her hair. Instead, I was nice and told her not to worry. She could take her time, and that I was in no rush, I could wait as long as she completed the job. First and last time that I go there!! read more

I printed a few things and mailed one- I felt bad for him as there were a lot of people he was trying to help and keep satisfied and he was all alone at 11 am 2 weeks before Christmas. Clearly need to fix staffing issues. But very thankful Joel was so helpful and my printing came out perfect. read more

I just dealt with the manager, Jessica, and she was beyond rude and invents her own policies. I brought in a large package that would have probably cost more than $100 to ship trying to give fedex my business. The box is a brand new extra large box branded by Home Depot. Jessica refused my service because the box is a Home Depot box and promptly told me my box wasn't allowed because it's not the same material as their fedex brand boxes. The box is recycled corrugated paper just like their box; my box has nearly a quarter of an inch thicker walls than her boxes. Jessica denied my service because she wanted to sell her brand box and packaging materials. After a bit of arguing she challenged me to call fedex corporate to hear the policy. I did so on speaker phone and the representative said I was more than welcome to ship with a Home Depot box. The policy on the website also details you can use any box in good condition; mine is brand new and has at least $15 in packaging material and tape in/outside of it.
