This was one of the worst customer service experiences I've had. I went in to return a package, and instead of helping me properly, they sent me to another location 45 minutes away. When I got there, I was told they don't even accept that type of package. It felt like they just wanted to get me out of the store without actually providing accurate information or a real solution. I give management 1-Star for leaving him alone without support from another employee. While I was there (10 minutes) he juggled printing and shipping requests from customers. Guess what. The same boxes that the Fed-Ex store on 2417 Ponce De Leon refused to accept this morning were graciously taken here. I sense some major scamming and unnecessary upcharging at 2417 Ponce De Leon. I stopped by to drop off a package and the lady at the counter seemed pleasant at first but said she couldn't accept the type of package I was mailing at the center I was at. Wasn't exactly true but I didn't want to argue, I asked her for a location that did she scribbled an address on a piece of paper and walked off as I was asking her a question about the location. Outstanding customer service! I emailed them a pdf to make a brochure and called to make sure they received. Vishema answered the phone and confirmed she received. I arrived at the store 15 minutes later and was greeted with a big welcome smile by a Thomas. I chose the paper and was out within 7 minutes with 3 brochures. As I was there they helped numerous customers even going to the car to pick up a heavy box for an elder man. Great job Team! read more

Very unreliable. Twice I sent presentations to print - and agreed I was going to pick up at a set time. On the two occasions they had to ask me questions to finish the project and they didn'tcall me back. I showed up at 9.30pm to pick up a project I needed for the following day and I had to go back home to get the computer and re-send some pages I had to fix documents. My laptop is a Mac and it seems they don't have Macs and converting those files is problematic. Do my advice is to be patient and call them multiple times to follow up, because they don't. read more

I really don't understand the bad reviews here. I come often, and the staff is always nice, friendly, and attentive. The location is convenient, and the interior is very clean. My only gripe.. which is a big one.. Is that there's no drop-off parking.. How is it that the bank has designated spots but FedEx Office & Ship Center doesn't? Parking here is a nightmare and I'm usually bringing chairs or barstools to ship for work. I need to find a parking spot where I can open my doors wide to get the items out.. and I have to lug the pieces in, often from 3 parking rows away.. and when I have multiple items or they're heavy items, it's a real hassle. Thankfully the lot clears out in the evening, so I'm starting to do a lot more evening drop-offs. read more

I didn't have to wait and he was very helpful in providing info and answering questions about other services I'll probably need in the near future. Why does color printing cost so much?! For as much printing costs I would hope that they would maintain their ink cartridges. I feel like my prints were not as bright as they could have been and with the cost of color printing or just printing in general that ink you be replaced and maintained. I agree with some of the other review that this FedEx location is very big and has all the printing and shipping services. However, there was no one around to help or answer questions. I'm glad I was familiar with how to use their self service stations. If you just need to make copies or print then this will be a great location. If you are needing additional help three may be a wait. read more

Computer rentals here are horrific. Usually you will experience the cheaper basic workstations have credit card processing terminals that are malfunctioning which forces you to move to a pricier computer. Then you try to get online and every single website has an "untrusted" connection, and the computer prompts you to advance at your own risk. And by websites, This includes huge search engines like Google. In addition, the black and white printer is often malfunctioning. Terrible. The employees are usually nice, but they must be understaffed, because it is difficult to get help. In the defense of the employees, they are always busy when I am there, so it isn't like they are just sitting around contemplating life or trying to capture Pokemon (yes that's a thing now). In order to help you, they almost always have to leave something they are already working on to tend to your problem. Fedex, move into the 21st century and have a fully functional computer and print center with card processing terminals that work. Is this not obvious? read more

Horrible experience. Tried mailing out a package for my dad, he wasn't able to go in due to the pandemic and they were unwilling to work with us, including JENNIFER, who is the assistant manager and claimed to be the manager. When I asked if there was anyone above her, she said no. I asked if she's the owner of the store, she said yes. In order for him to mail out his package with his employee discount, they said he had to be there physically, despite us offering to show a badge, him go on FaceTime, or anything else. These people have ZERO customer service skills or consideration for this extremely unique situation we're all dealing with with this virus. They'd rather risk everyone in the store than to just send out my dads package with his employee discount. Never returning here again. I'd rather pay the difference shipping out with any other company. When my husband was leaving, she had to have the last word and said that no other store is going to help us. Today I had to ship a box that was about 50 lbs. I went in the store in Pinecrest and the attendant asks me the contents of the box which I had carefully packed and wrapped , my response was truthful but slightly vague. The next thing was him asking me how I was going to pay and ID .... My hmmm, ok then he starts to tell me he has to repack my box. What......so I recovered my box which I estimated to cost around 450.00 to ship right over to usps who didn't give me the facist corporation treatment. Took my box money no ID...I'm much happier. Worst experience where the rep first lies to me to say it's against policy to take a walk ins, then tells me I have to laminate my own work, then tells me she is only following procedure. Called another location in front of her and their reply was absolutely would love to help! She proceeds to tell me she can't just drop everything to help me. Prices are within range of similar type businesses. The lines for customer service/shipping and the availability of machines can be frustrating during peak times but overall, Fed/Ex is one of the few familiar and trustworthy shipping services. read more

This place is understaffed and dirty, its infested in cockroaches one passed by us while waiting to be helped, then we found one dead on the floor and everyone just kept walking by as if nothing. I have a lot of patience and i lost it here today. Everyone is waiting to be helped and nobody actually gets helped. I asked for help once because their "self service" machines have a million screens and digtal buttons and real buttons its like trying to crack a secret code trying to print dumb copies. So i asked for help and they never came, a guy came and asked them for a staple and they went thru the entire place to find one for him but i was waiting there for 10mins and i was invisible. Then i approached the girl again and she didnt even let me finish, she was like "i know i havent forgotten about you i'll be right there" so again i went back to my corner and waited some more, then she came and quickly and what seemed efficiently said "here you press here and youre done" and when i turned back around to ask her my question, she was already half way back into her front desk, so i tried cracking the code and finally printed a few things and then it wasnt doing what i wanted anymore so i asked for help again and there we go, another long wait, then i approached them all 3 of them to say ive been asking for help for a while and she began saying "but i did help you" i told her she didnt or i wouldnt be here, "but i helped you" i told her no you pressed a button and walked away. Anyways, a nice girl who seemed from India, her name began with W, who was the only one running around helping everyone helped me out and didnt charge me for my copies. Really sweet, the only gem in this place, the rest need a customer service crash course and go to an etiquette school to learn how to behave properly in social places. Awful. God awful. Staff does not care, does not know what they are talking about. There is not one time I have left this place less than infuriated, and I vie to never go back. Once I printed up a label online and attached it to a package. I brought it with me since I had something to do there anyways. They told me that it had to go in the drop box. It wouldn't fit in the drop box. I tried to hand it to them only to be told they can't take it and that I would have to "flag down a driver" if I wanted the package sent today. Really? They were 100% serious. I asked why they couldn't just give it to the driver when he made a pickup there. They told me that they could not be held responsible for the package until then. Isn't that exactly what you get paid to do? I am confounded by why they can't take a FedEx package with a FedEx label. I scheduled a pickup for the next day, my package was late, and I was pissed. Another time I was told that they wouldn't take a package I was sending to canada without a lengthy commercial invoice to fill out. Wrong. I argued with the guy a bit before I lost my temper and had to drive all the way to cutler ridge where I was able to ship with no resistance. The commercial invoice is not required. It's hard to love a place that was once twenty four hours now it closes early. I would give zero star if I could. I went there one week ago to drop my package, but they told me I can not reuse a box from somewhere else to shop my items. So I paid 3 dollars to buy a box from them and repackage my items in the brand new box. But my package just disappeared!!! It's been one week already but no updates about my package, only showing shipping label created. I called their store and they told me to call 800 number. I called and nothing happened!!!! read more

The salesperson was very snippy and while I was picking up my order 3 hours after the selected pick up time, she was curt when she explained she "has not had time". My order was confirmed at 830 am, to be picked up at 1:30 and by 4:00 pm, it was still not ready. Poor service and attitude. read more
