Their consistency is unmatched when it comes to quality and customer service, my two favorite things. With my latest printing request, I decided to contact a local printer instead since it was a smaller job (but still, a very important job). And the nightmare began-- with the local shops my emails were going unanswered, quotes were being delivered weeks later, and when I was finally able to get a response from someone and my product printed, I was disappointed (to say the least) with the results. I even had the local shop re-print...but round two was still not up to my admittingly high standards. So, I did what I should have done in the first place, and I contacted Richfield Printing. Mike gladly accepted my job and patiently answered my extensive questions. The job was printed the next day, and I was provided a tracking number the day after that. Two days later, the package arrived. I must say-- I was a bit nervous after the stress and negative results I'd experienced with the local printers. I opened the box and was immediately pleased with the care that went into the packaging. My product was beautifully separated, wrapped, and protected. (A very nice surprise compared to the way the previous shop had rubber-banded and thrown the product into a paper bag.) Based on the presentation, I knew what came next had to be good...and it sure was. Upon immediate glance, everything looked great...in fact, too great. I was so used to disappointment, this all seemed too good to be true. So I went back to look at every single piece, searching for error, but I found nothing. Only perfectly printed and assembled sheets of paper. Wow. With the abundance of quick-stop print shops, it's a very special thing to find a quality shop like Richfield Printing. The consistent results and care I receive as a customer will keep me coming back for a long time.

I wasn't calling to complain or be argumentative I simply wanted assistance understanding where my package was and hoped a manager could help. The person who answered the phone told me he was the manager. When I politely asked for his name, he refused and said, "I'm not giving you my name." From that point on, his attitude was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. As a customer, I don't think it's unreasonable to ask for the name of the person identifying themselves as the manager, especially when seeking help with a shipping issue. I've shipped many packages through this location over the years, and the younger employees have always been courteous and helpful. Unfortunately, this interaction was the complete opposite. Customer service should be about listening to concerns and treating people with respect, even when the issue isn't something the store directly caused. Based on this experience, I can't recommend this location if this is the level of service customers receive from management. I hope the owner is aware of how customers are being treated and addresses it.

We were late to order them but Jerry's worked to get them ordered in time. We picked up from their loading dock and they helped load everything for us. They have Tul pens and supplies in a few different places, I went in circles never finding them (the exact ones I was looking for). I did ask for help and the guy pointed to the areas I already looked even though I explained it said they did have a few in stock. I decided to try doing order pickup and they did indeed have the item and when I went in to grab it the worker didn't really care what I grabbed as long as it said paid he said. While they stopped doing on site printing, which I can understand if you're super busy, I feel like they may have different expectations in other FedEx offices that I've been able to print with.
