I needed to print and laminate a memorial page for my brother, and the manager personally took care of my project with such kindness, sensitivity, and professionalism. Every employee I encountered was friendly and helpful. I watched them greet customers as they came through the door and make sure everyone was taken care of. The service was exceptional, the quality of the work was perfect, and my finished products turned out even better than I expected. I think that we often get caught up in the busyness of this world, and we don't take a moment to slow down, and I realize that as soon as I slowed down, what I was trying to navigate was so much easier. So after saying that, I didn't necessarily need service because I use a self service stations. They're very easy to navigate if you take your time reading directions. Also, the people at the front desk are always willing to help whenever asked, and they seem to pay attention really well to everyone. The space is well kept With lots to offer. Hello, I wanna say I have been going here for many things for the last 15 years or more. The experience was always good. I went 2 days ago, 2 managers working in the whole place. Long line. I paid $45 to fax stuff and had to wait 15 or 20 minutes for a receipt. I understand they were busy but my God. I am a brown man and there was another gentleman that was black. I never felt that feeling in my life. To be more friendly to white people and less friendly with us and taking forever to answer a question. Won't be going there anymore. read more

I arrived a couple of minutes before the store opened and was the second person in line to receive service. It was a simple return with an email from the vendor that contained the shipping label. I requested an address to forward the email and was given a card with a QR code that directed me to a pre-drafted email to be sent to something called FedExandgo and I was to upload the shipping label, then wait for a code to provide to the employees. One of the employees went through this process on my cell phone then had me step aside to wait for a code. One hour later, and after multiple attempts to send the email per the instructions on the card, no code. The staff did nothing during that time to offer alternative methods such as an office email that it could be sent to or anything at all, but left me standing there and waiting. Worst customer service I've seen. At one point the woman working there yelled across the room, asking if I had received the code. In hindsight, I probably should've yelled right back at her. What a waste of time. Now the company that provided the shipping label is in a quick hurry to provide an alternate method of return because these FedEx employees are so unbelievably incompetent. It's concerning now to have them handle any shipments because the probability of error is really high. read more

I don't always think to review places that aren't food or drink on Yelp, but I've received such good customer service from this location on my previous two visits that I knew I needed to shout them out! My fiancé and I have bought a few wedding rings online as we try to figure out the right style and fit for us, and we've had to make two returns during this process. The first time, we brought the rings to this location, and the woman at the Express counter helped us with the packaging instructions (small box in a medium box) and even packaged them up for us. She made it so easy for us and was very friendly. The second time, we went to the FedEx on Broadway and Craycroft thinking it would be a similar experience. Unfortunately, the assistant manager there was rude and told us he needed to charge us for the boxes and that the jewelry company isn't following their rules. I had been using this store for business printing for close to ten years. The current staff fails in any concept of customer service. I just attempted to have done full service printing done and the younger lady behind the counter yet sent me away to the self serve are without any explanation. Literally turned her back on me and walked away. Then as I proceeded to mess up the printing another employee came over to assist and explained that they were having issues with their printer... She then proceeded to also print up a few messed up sheets before figuring out what was wrong.... I got charged for it all and at the end of the ended up paying over $50 for about $30 worth of prints. Time to find a new print shop. read more

I had never been to this location but I always pass it on my way to Choice Greens. I recently started selling my clothes on Poshmark and it requires you to package your item and ship it within 2 days. I decided to stop here since they were open. I wasn't aware that the shipping label said I had to go to a postal office. When I walked into the FedEx store a lady helped me out and was so kind! She helped me tape my box and put the shipping label on it and told me I had to go to the postal office. She did all of that even though she couldn't ship my package. They are extremely slow, not understaffed because I always see a few people just standing around. Nosy and unprofessional. They want to know your business, what your doing, & what you're shipping. They always ask too many questions AT THIS LOCATION ONLY. I've never encountered such nosy people at the other FedEx, ANY UPS, or ANY post office. The first person I dealt with (Rebecca) was very nice, but the person who completed the job for me (I didn't catch her name so we'll call her Angrita), not so much. After I balked at the $72 cost, she didn't hesitate to offer to throw them all away for me, which just supported my perception that this place is waaaaay overpriced since employees have no compunction about throwing $72 into the trash can. DO NOT SHIP ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE. We took family heirlooms to be packed and shipped. The items were wrapped in paper and in a box. The staff were told MULTIPLE times to REPACK EVERYTHING. They assured us they would do so and that everything would be protected. They charged us for re-packing. But they didn't re-pack. Instead, they took the boxes of loose items, taped the boxes shut, placed them inside of larger boxes, and put paper around them. Of course, multiple pieces got broken, most of them irreplaceable. read more

I came in to drop off a mess of DirecTV equipment after cancelling service with them. I learned from DirecTV reps that you can just bring the equipment and FedEx has an arrangement to process the returns and will box and ship them. While the DirecTV experience was awful, my visit to the FedEx store was fantastic! The staff were extremely helpful, talked me through everything they were doing, and made the process easy. The things I liked it is convenient to drop off your item and have someone process it for you. The things I didn't like I was asked to pay first and then told later that they can't ship it today. I believe my package was ready to be shipped shortly after 3pm so I am not sure why it couldn't be picked up later that day. I also think they should tell you first when they are going to ship and then ask about what shipping services you prefer. The other reason only for two stars is because when you drop off items such as a laptop you don't really want that sitting around overnight. read more

Very convenient to the campus area. I am not a fan of chain office service stores because they tend to charge higher prices than locally owned places and offer bad service. But local stores can't offer everything that Fed Ex Kinko's does. Open 24 hours. You can get your papers copied, your emails printed, your packages shipped, your research papers bound, your letters faxed, all in one place. Most prices that I've experienced here have been about average, except for their use of the fax machine. $1.50 per page, no mass discount. Crazy. The Chinese restaurant, Omei, is very good. So if you stop by Kinko's at night, make a visit next door. read more

I would give this place five stars if the staff would just smile and acknowledge your existence. I've been using this place for a couple of years now and the one constant is lack of personable service. It kind of reminds me of that Dave Chappelle "Pop Copy" skit, but in real life! It never fails, I walk in the door, walk up to an empty counter. All of the workers are doing projects, and they all keep their heads down and play the "not it" game. Then when they do come to the counter, they talk to you like they are at funeral. No enthusiasm for customer service. And heaven forbid you ask where something is or need help beyond the counter... You can feel their annoyance with you. I wish I could say this happened a couple of times, or I have had a couple of good experiences, but I just never have. On the plus side of things, the place is super convenient. You can set-up your projects on your computer at home or office and them have them finish them there and just pick them up! They look great and are done in a timely manner. They also have a nice selection of supplies, they're reasonably priced and open 24 hours! read more

Seriously surprised to read so many low ratings! I place online printing orders regularly and pick them up at this store. From start (uploading documents online) to finish (picking up final product) the process have always been seamless and efficient. Uploading files and Placing your order online is definitely the way to go. The turn around time is super fast too! I rarely have a last minute print job but, the couple times I have, this location has delivered ahead of time. If you set up a free account online you get email notifications along the way. The staff are friendly too. This location tends to be busy, so keep that in mind. read more

If I could give this place less stars I would ...I was called by Fedex a few days ago (they day my package was supposed to be delivered) and they said they had the wrong building number and room number so the package could not be delivered that day. Now I was in clinic seeing patients so it was about an hour before I could call them back in between patients and let them know the proper information. The stupid guy at the FedEx in Tucson entered in the number wrong so my package was not delivered!! They had to send it all the way back to Tucson and then it's going to be sent back to California as promised in the next few days... to top it all off they wanted to charge me an extra $12 to have it resent and it wasn't even my fault in the first place! I was in here the other day and the staff here is so friendly and helpful! First, they are all masked, and use gloves and hand sanitizer, which I appreciate. Second, they provided wonderful customer service! I came in not long before the Express shipping cut off time and they went above and beyond for me to make the cut off -- not just printing the labels but also helping me pack up my document, make an extra copy of the cover (which I meant to do at home but forgot), tape everything up.
