    This post office has always been reliable and great for 15 years. The staff are friendly and willing to answer questions as they cone up.

    Worst service ever. People are rude; forget even trying to do passport renewal here. Absolutely no clue what they are doing.

My company laptop died I'm shipping it back. She was annoyed and rude. If you're having a bad day do not take it out on a customer. Will not return! I heard the customer requested to know the price of each box to be shipped. However the sales person commented that he already has a total for the 6 boxes of $213. The customer was ignored of her request. She even indicated that she always go to FedEx and has shipped the same size box with the same weight to the same address and was charged only $30 each. Joshua looked at the lady and did not even understand that there's a big difference from $213 to $180 for 6 boxes. I heard him say with an attitude "more work for me". Later the customer wanted all the boxes back to her and bring them to UPS for shipping. The poor lady didn't have a choice but to just agree with him. Then he asked her for payment for the $213. After her card was charged he again requested to put the credit card back to charge another $213 because he had to reverse the 1st transaction without any explanation why a reversal has to be made. Then sales person would normally print each label for each box in front of the customer but Joshua didn't do it. Your customer service is so unacceptable. I have witnessed total disrespect and inefficiency of a job. This incident should be investigated by the manager and train his employees to be decent, be respectful and professional to their customers. He was not even wearing his name tag. The customer had to ask for his name. What a nightmare to see what happened - Sept 11. Joshua did not even made any effort to help the lady's request. It was like more of an entitlement on his part because he was at the counter. This place doesn't even deserve a one star.

Nothing happens at that site Delores doesn't know about. She's on top of cooler maintenance (for climate-controlled units) getting them regularly serviced/cleaned, makes sure the grounds are spotless and pest free. (Never saw/smelled evidence of rodents.) Customer service, facility management: 5 out of 5 for Delores. The Storage King units (Coca Cola Dr.) were the best quality for large drive-up/climate-controlled storage I found in the Orange Grove, Thorneydale, Cortaro area. (Looked into four facilities May 2024.) SK for site/drive-up unit quality: 5 out of 5. Always felt the facility was safe and secure: 5 out of 5 Regarding rental rates: my contract with SK began June 28, 2024. Oct. 28 rent was raised 20%. July 1, 2025 - 39% - I concluded the lease at this time. Considered leaving at the first rate hike, but stayed 8 months longer because moving is a hassle, because of the excellent customer service, and unit quality. If it wasn't for the agreeable relationship I had with Delores and facility quality I would've vacated by Nov. I realize insurance, taxes, utilities, like everything else - has insanely increased. Still, these rate hikes were just too much for me. The solution is to minimize - to not keep any thing that ends up being stored. Far easier said than done.

She said the checks were mailed 5/20/26 over a month later I still had not received them. On 6/17/26 Katherine said she would be mailing the checks again to my mailing address.(mailing address provided numerous times) 6/25/26 No checks received (I have informed delivery USPS photos of mail to be delivered sent to my email each day) I sent Hughes sanitation aka Tucson trash, Tucson Mountain ventures an advisory email that I was going to report their Failure to Refund my money to the Better Business Bureau, Az Attorney General if they don't refund my money(their business practices are illegal, unprofessional,dishonest,negligent,fraudulent(senior disabled consumer) They never answered email. I filed BBB complaint 6/25/26 company never responded. As of 7/7/26 I still haven't received my $244 refund. I will file with the Attorney Generals Office today. Beware of this Business.

    Horrible, dishonest, company. We rented a 20 yard roll off from them. We were told that 3 tons was…read moreallowed and it would be an additional $50 a ton cost if our load went over that. What they didn't tell us was that their trucks could only load 7 tons. When the roll off was delivered the driver knew what we were putting in the roll off and he, nor the owner, never mentioned that if we went over 7 tons, they couldn't lift it. So, when they came to pick it up they told us then that it was overweight and they wouldn't be able to haul it off causing us to have to rent a tractor AGAIN to UNLOAD half the roll off so they could take it. So we ended up paying for a 20 yard roll off that we could only fill half way and we had to pay extra for a tractor again since nobody had the decency to tell us there was a limit. If I had been told we could only fill it half way I would have saved my money and gotten a 10 yard that we could fill up. The day they were supposed to come back and pick it up I waited all day and they never showed up or had the decency to call and tell me they weren't coming. Then, after they finally picked it up they tried to charge us double (and at $60 a ton, not the $50 I was quoted). After letting them know their mistake they didn't even apologize for trying to overcharge us or offer to discount because of them costing us another tractor rental. This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a company.
