They are very helpful and friendly here. FYI, this place grossly over charges for US stamps. I recently bought Forever stamps and they are charging $0.95 for a $0.73 stamp. This is an overcharge of 30%. If you only need a couple of stamps it is no big deal. If you buy a sheet of 20 stamps they charge $19.00 for a sheet that should cost $14.60, or an additional $4.40 for 20 stamps. read more

AIM Mail Center, located in the Rancho Vistoso Shopping Center, is absolutely a 5 star business for many reasons. It's loaded with services and merchandise. Need to send a package but don't have a box, tape, or peanuts? Done! And you'll have a choice of shipping carriers. How about copying, printing, or faxing? Done! How about exceptional greeting cards? AIM has you covered! They've even got Arizona souvenirs for you and "out-of-staters." Notary Public services? Yes! When you want a private mailbox, think AIM! Do you place online orders, but don't trust your stuff being left somewhere on your property? You can have your order(s) shipped directly to AIM's address and they'll store it safely until you pick it up. It was this service that drew me to AIM in Oro Valley. No more hunting for a delivery or wet packages during the monsoon! Wish I had known about this service availability sooner. Lastly, and most importantly, the entire staff at this store is extremely knowledgeable and courteous when it comes to any of the services they offer. Eliminate some of the stressors by giving them to the professionals at AIM. They won't disappoint. They deliver! read more

Came here to print copies of my grandpa's memorial service pamphlets and was pleasantly surprised at the service and prices. Dylan was knowledgeable and super helpful at formatting and printing the pamphlets perfectly centered and crisply colored. On Dec. 21, I dropped off a package at AIM for Christmas delivery to ship from Oro Valley, AZ to Fairfax, Va. The receipt showed delivery Dec. 24. Not exactly positively, absolutely overnight, but close enough, since it was intended for my family's gathering on Christmas Day. I tracked the package and suddenly, on Dec. 24, the shipping date changed to Dec. 26. That's five days after I dropped it off. AIM said I needed to talk to FedEx. FedEx said I needed to talk to AIM. FedEx said they weren't called to pick up my package until Dec. 23, so it sat there at AIM for two days. Between AIM and FedEx, I talked to Chris, Reese and Tyler. They basically pitted me, the customer, against each other. My husband, who made the initial drop off, had to drive several miles back over to AIM today to speak in person with an AIM rep, Ellie, who gave him a refund. Heartbroken, worst customer service ever. I should never have been caught up in a p!$$!ing contest between FedEx and their AIM agent, and I still don't know why my package sat for two days at AIM before it got picked up. I trusted FedEx and their AIM agent. I absolutely, positively, will never make that mistake again. read more

I was unfamiliar with this place and I'm so happy I discovered them. They're open on Saturdays and the closest USPS is closed on that day, so I'm able to get a lot more done during the week. There's rarely more than one or two people in line, certainly much shorter than the lines I often encounter at the Post Office. The staff is pleasant, helpful and professional. And they have a pretty good selection of nice gifts and cards. Highly recommend this mailing service. read more

I am new to Oro Valley and had some things that needed notarizing and mailing back to So. California on several occasions and every time, I have been treated with cheer and patience and I sat and took over their counter on the right side while organizing my paperwork and signing. It is my go to place for sure! I rarely write reviews but seeing some of the low ones that literally have nothing to do with them (lost package, someone hijacking their phone number), I felt I had to. Love having them so handy! I stopped by Aim to drop off a pre-posted package for them to throw in the mail for me. The woman, who was apparently the owner of the store, was immediately rude to me when she saw that I had a pre-posted box, and made me wait while she "helped another customer who was in the back." After about 5 minutes, she came out, then "explained" to me that she did not receive any monetary compensation from the post office for providing that service. She then sheepishly handed me a business card and said "keep us in mind if you want to buy something from us in the future." I took my package off of the counter and began to walk out and she then stated, "really, it's not a problem!" By then it was way too late for me. I have lived in this community for 15+ years and cannot believe that something so simple could turn into an ugly ordeal. Horrible, condescending customer service. read more

I was happy that they were able to accommodate me quickly and get me back out the door in minutes. The only reason for 3 stars is that they could have been a little friendlier. Wonderful wonderful wonderful place! They saved my life!!! I was having a dilemma with my son's birthday invitations that I ordered through etsy, everything you could think of went wrong. I found AIM, they stayed open past hours to finish the invites so that I can pick them up same day. And not only are their prices great, they do beautiful, professional work! Used to be my go to place to pack and ship. Just stood at the register while one lady packed a shipment. No acknowledgement of "I'll be right with you" no "let me get some help". Customer service is why I shipped everything from here. Now they are about as engaged and helpful as USPO read more

OMG! I can't believe you are saying that? I don't really think it is their fault if the mail carrier takes a month to deliver something. Maybe if it was over seas or if you choose book rate but I have been using Aim Mail Centers in Oro Valley for the past couple years and have always had excellent service! I can take anything to them and they will pack and ship it. I have had them pack many of my paintings and fragile china dishes to my grandma and she received them without a scratch. I was very pleased with their services and I will continue to use them in the future. read more

I judge a company by how they treat you when there is a problem. These guys have been totally helpful and professional when UPS damaged an item they packed for me. The packing was meticulous and I'm positive limited the damage inflicted on it by the shipper. I will definitely use them for packing and shipping. read more

They came through for me when I was having a heck of a time getting a frame piece of artwork in the mail. I was scared away by UPS and their prices so I went home and packaged up the artwork and took it to them to mail. The owner was concerned insurance wouldn't fly if something went wrong due to the cardboard I used and offered to build a custom box at a deep discount.
