Wow! I am so impressed by the service here. Jason was truly the best here. I needed help printing out a document and he was patient and explained the whole process to me. This is definitely the most exceptional care I've gotten at any FedEx before. He also quoted me the most reasonable price that I did not even question it. He really took the time to answer my questions and even made sure to print a sample copy before he printed the actual copy, before having me commit to the sheet. I have never gotten anything printed by FedEx, but Jason has really done an amazing job here. I appreciate his diligence and patience in explaining things to me - it really helped me feel reassured. I rarely need to use a print shop, typically reserved for graduations/celebrations, but when I do I always go to a FedEx. I was able to print 4 10x10 pics in less than 15 min. I am blown away by the level of customer service I received from Matt! My daughter was getting married. We needed menus and small name cards printed and cut. Matt did such an outstanding job on them. Exceeding our expectations in quality, and delivery. They were perfect and he had to cut each name tag separately because the cutter was too big for that particular job. A week later my daughter (9 days until the wedding) messed up some of the name cards! We quickly sent the info over to Matt and he redid them perfectly and quickly AT NO CHARGE! What?!!!! I wouldn't go anywhere else for my printing needs. He also helped with a large awkward item I had to ship a couple months prior. He made that seem simple too! I'm so grateful for everything. Came here to return some Black Friday/cyber Monday purchases. The guys work here were not super friendly and attentive. They greeted everyone who came in, even when it got busy. They helped me prepare my package because i didn't have it taped up. Shout out to this location for being great at customer service! They really took care of me here. I was struggling to find a place to print out a poster for my uncle's funeral that was last minute. Although I ordered it online, the employees here called me to double check if I wanted the borders etc., since I had set it up for it to be framed. They wanted to double check if I intended on doing that (which I did), and that's such a nice gesture. Then the next day when I picked it up, they offered to cut it for me and helped me frame it. It's been a tough few weeks for my family and it made me a little emotional walking out of there because of how helpful they were and making this process effortless for me. Thank you! read more

I love doing all my mail & packages through Fedex. The workers here are actually friendly, and soooooo much more helpful compared to any post office worker. You can bring in an unsealed box with the label in hand, and a Fedex guy will tape it up and attach the label for you. They will even print out a new label for you if your home printer mushed up the bar code. I love these guys! They really go above & beyond for customers. Even during tough & uncertain times, these guys are here to help & seem happy to be. FYI: many businesses including FEDEX have limited their hours temporarily. Call your location before heading down. Websites like Yelp may not be up to date with current hours. I came during my lunch break to catch them before closing time. No wait at all around 2:30pm...can't speak about actual lunch time hours though, but I'm guessing it's busier. read more
