They made the entire process seamless for me, which was so appreciated, because I've never had it done before. I don't have very good fingerprints and the woman helping me really took her time to make sure to get the best possible prints for me, even when multiple fingers needed to be scanned 3-4 times. She was direct, knowledgeable, clear, and was patient with me asking questions or for clarification. I'm glad I came here instead of going to a larger chain store, because I felt I was taken care of and looked after, while still only needing to be in the store for 10-15 minutes. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs the LiveScan service and if I ever need to do it again, I would come back to this location.

The reason I love this location is because if I ever experience an inconvenience, such as needing to tape a corner of an envelope or box up that I may have missed, they offer to take care of everything for me and my packages have always arrived to their destinations successfully. Also, if I ever need to pay for a package to be delivered to a destination with the cheapest shipping route possible, I am able to do so with no trouble whatsoever. You can drop off UPS or USPS packages here (and avoid the post office!) and the mail truck will pick them up by a specific hour every day between Monday - Saturday. For starters, the people that work there are really the star of the show. Super nice, very welcoming and make you feel like family. It's nice when you find a business that isn't there to check you in and check you out like the DMV. This is one of the reasons I live this place so much. Another nice aspect of this is the app that they use, even though I live in Las Vegas, our LLC is still in Southern California. Whenever we get mail we get notified via the app. The place is only open Monday through Friday, so you'll need to plan accordingly to get your mail. I deliberately left the top of my box untaped just in case they needed to inspect the item before shipping. Instead of just taping it up, the lady at the counter--who was quite rude about the whole thing--told me I either had to pay a $2 'packing fee' just to have them put a single piece of tape on the box, or I had to buy an entire roll of tape from their store to do it myself. It's absolutely ridiculous to nickel-and-dime customers over a single strip of packing tape. Very unaccommodating and frustrating experience. I definitely will not be returning to this location.

I honestly thought maybe I pushed the door incorrectly or it was a mistake. I tried looking through door and actually saw an employee helping out a customer but they didn't seem to care to open the door. Why do the store hours state that they close at 6pm then? There were still 10 mins before closing hours but they actually just decided to close the store earlier then they're supposed to. So tell me what's the point of having store hours listed if you aren't going to abide by them? I had just went to another UPS store in Costa Mesa earlier this week and they were still taking in customers right before they close. It honestly says a lot about their business practice. Even though this UPS is closer to my house, I would rather drive further knowing other locations will be open when they're ACTUALLY supposed to be open. Make it make sense!
