I called to get my PO box number that I close and she couldn't even give me my PO box number cuz she said it was closed so I have a hip problem today and it's hurting and it hurt me to walk around my apartment and get the information which she could have just told me easily over the phone. I also told her I was moving out before I was paid up till and she made me give the key back. And I was still paid up for the end of the month I would not recommend this place at all read more

Extremely FRIENDLY & HELPFUL service with a smile (well, she was wearing a mask, but I could sense her smile! Haha) and very covid-safe. She also helps you figure out which service (FedEx, UPS, USPS) will be best for you without you even having to ask for help or feel awkward about looking for the best option. This place is way overpriced! They quoted me $180 for international document shipping which I received a quote from the shipping company for $58.10. I originally found out about this place since two of my work colleagues have had mailboxes here for years. This place has a new owner (Kim) as of a couple of years ago. I've been there many times and often drop off prepaid packages for UPS, FedEx, USPS and she is happy to accept them even though they most likely don't earn her any money. read more
