Every time I need help with a business project, it feels like I can always get it done here

I go here mostly to print things for my business. The print and go stations are super convenient and easy to use for most of my needs. On the occasion that I need assistance the staff here are friendly and helpful. If you are printing large items though (such as floor plans) I would recommend getting it done well ahead of time, as I have had issues with the large printer before and had to leave and come back later for my documents. There are also spaces you can sit and do some work if you are waiting for your materials to print. read more

I've come to this location many times over the past 8 years, and i would say they have offered great and consistent service. Services I have used include: printing poster boards and cards, copy machine, and shipping. Pros: *The customer service is really great and they are open to helping customers understand products and services. *They have copy machines and paper cutter at their store. *Always a lot of parking, quick service. Tip: I put an order in this morning and it wasn't supposed to be ready until 2 PM, but I came by at noon and it was ready. I went in about 10 minutes before closing, thinking I could quickly print something--but I ran into some technical difficulties (user error). The employee (I wish I had gotten his name!) was incredibly friendly and helpful. He ended up doing the job for me on their computer and printer since I was having issues. I came here the other day after our usual Fed Ex location told me that they couldn't scan some important paperwork due to network difficulties. The Orange location then referred me to Tustin. This location was great. Ally helped me get all of my paperwork together. She was friendly and professional. It's so nice when someone really goes the extra mile for the customers. She was really helpful! This location might be a little further and a bit pricier than other copy services, but it was worth the extra time (and drive) for Ally's great service this week! read more

My printer gave out last minute so I came here to finish my print needs. I have never been here before so I did not know what to expect. We were greeted by Haydee and she was very helpful and patient. I myself am NOT patient when it comes to tech stuff so her being so helpful was appreciated. I was instructed to send my file over via email and she did a few things on her end and printed for me behind the counter. Because she assisted and printed for me I was charged a fee of about $2 but i agreed prior to continuing with her assistance. I was in and out of here within 10 mins. read more

Zero stars! This is the worst FedEx - do not go! The last time I've been here, the customer service was horrible. This store is a scam! I dropped off four boxes with candy wrapped in tissue paper. The guy tells me that they won't take the boxes because it's "shifting" and they need to put more packaging in it. The other time, they wouldn't accept the box I used because it had the original vendors logo on it. They wanted to charge me to put it one of their boxes. A$$holes! This place and the employees suck - I will use usps and ups. Ups doesn't give you any of this $hit! You guys don't add any value to the community and only look to make money. Shame on you!!! Never to use FEDEX again! I had to send blood samples overnight to Cornell University in New York and paid nearly twice the normal charge to get it there before 10 am the following day. $134.62 was the cost to ship overnight through FEDEX. The shipment was delayed due to weather and it took an extra day to get there. I verified the arrival this package and contacted FEDEX to request a refund for the additional charge. They "failed" to get the package to it's location overnight. It took three hours on the phone, waiting on hold and being transferred multiple times to find out a $70+ refund was denied!!! They make a ton of money on customers and provide no refund when they fail! Will only use UPS and US Postal Service from now on... read more

This place has the worst customer service of any Fedex Office in the area. The employees have a serious attitude, move at a snail's pace, and are allergic to the word THANK YOU. My recent experience will be the last here. I ordered some printing online and here was my experience at pick-up. 1. Three Employees at counter. I stood there as they had to finish talking and socializing. They finally looked at me and didn't even say anything. She just tipped her chin to come over. 2. She went to the back to pick up my invites. Because I've dealt with their incompetenance before, I checked the order. It had a white border on one side and at the bottom. It was just on one side. This order should never have passed ANY decent humanbeing's quality check test but they don't give a sh!t so they just packed it up. I asked her about it and she immediately blamed it on the file. I knew this was wrong (I run an ad agency) so I asked her to check it. The issue was not the file. They should have printed it full bleed and they did not. Their online proof area does not SHOW a white border or note it as a possible issue. I need to note I have printed the same invites at this location, the same way, and I have never had this particular issue. But again, any person who remotely cares about their workmanship should have looked at these and said, hey this looks bad! 3. She comes back after getting a guy to cut it again and begins to lecture me. Next time, we will have to charge you and went on and on. I honestly didn't feel like arguing and she was ALL attitude so I just left with the correctly cut invites. Not a word of THANK YOU for my business. It was as if it was a privilege for me to spend money there and then get lectured for their total lack of quality control and incompetence. Whatever she is getting paid to a total B to customers, it's too much! Stay away from this place if you want a remotely good customer service experience. read more

Went there this morning as I needed a copy of two medical cards-front and back and they were open early. Receipt shows $.43 yet bank statement shows a charge of $10. Could not call to save my life. Would not put me through (number off the Internet). Went back down there with receipt and bank screen and the salesperson who helped me do this says there's a $10 hold that should go away tomorrow. When asked why he didn't tell me that-as I would have gone somewhere else-he could not answer me, nor was there anything posted to say a $10 fee/hold. It had better disappear....will never go there for copies again....just moved and printer not hooked up yet so I needed somewhere close and open early.... read more

******* 5/2016 UPDATE ******* 1. FedEx has removed the LAN pay service from their laptop work areas. However, the overnight employee, that works Sundays thru Thursdays, claims it's store policy is NOT to allow "personal use" of the FREE AT&T Hotspot WFI. Customers are ONLY allowed to use it to "upload work orders to the FedEx website". So don't plan on checking your business email or any thing else. Funny thing is, before 8 PM or so (and on Friday & Saturday nights) there is no such "policy". (Someone needs to fire this guy.) 2. Also, don't plan on using the restrooms between 10 PM & 8 AM at this "24/7" location, "THEY ARE CLOSED", no exceptions. Even if you're a sixty year-old grandma printing photos. Idiots have no idea what Customer Service is. CHEAP BASTARDS WON'T PAY FOR THEIR OWN WIFI and screw customers in return !!!! Several employees have told me that this FedEx Office location runs THEIR internet business traffic through the Free AT&T Hot Spot WiFi?! Meaning once they're busy, say from around 10am to 7pm, the "Free WiFi" is useless for customers as their router takes precedence over anyone else logging on. Of course you can always pay for access to their LAN at one of four laptop work areas at $0.20/min. (or $12/hr.) $0.35/min. ($21/hr.) for Basic PC workstation $0.45/min. ($27/hr.) for "Design" PC workstation with scanner. Added a sample broadband speed test to photos. (SpeedTest.net) read more

In preparation for a meeting, I needed to print some documents at the FEDEX shop nearby. I sent my documents to FedEx's PRINTANDGO@FEDEX.com. When I arrived at the location, I purchased 10 better quality sheets of paper and proceeded to the printer with instructions from the nice gentleman who helped me with the paper on how to print from a manual paper feeder. I tried to print one copy on regular photocopy paper and one of the doors on the printer popped open and the papers got stuck in the machine. I followed the instructions on the screen and removed the jammed pages. The jammed pages printed again. Then I followed the instructions given to me at the counter when I bought the better paper to print on the better paper. However, instead of printing the document, it kept asking me for a payment card. So I asked for help. Finally this man walked toward me and asked what I needed. I told him that I needed to print on the good paper and it wouldn't. He kinda quickly pushed some buttons and said with an all knowing attitude: that's because u needed to do this, that or the other, yes maam and walked away before he resolved the issue, and did not answer to my calls asking him to come back. I still couldn't print on the good paper because after his magic nothing at all came out of the printer! The short of it is that the first gentleman who helped me with the paper had to come and help me. He ended up printing everything behind the counter because the printer would not function properly. This whole charade took 45 minutes. It should have taken 15. The short tempered man will definitely go postal one day! He acted and spoke like he is about to blow a fuse any minute! read more

A live person picked up the phone without such a long wait time which I appreciated. When I arrived to drop off an express envelope the worker was friendly and dressed professionally but soon I found out he was new and getting trained. It took a little longer than expected since he was new but the lady training him was patient and showed him the ropes.
