If you need to print something make sure you're there at least 5 minutes before closing and not 3. I understand I was pushing the line, but if you're gonna tell me you can't let me print something because you close in 3 minutes and it will take 5 minutes to print something then maybe you shouldn't work there. Customer Service is dead and there's no more kindness in helping people out just because you wanna go home. Let alone the fact that there were other people walking around in the store still when I arrived. Again maybe it's just me because I got there right before closing and if that's the case then so be it, but telling me if I arrived 2 minutes earlier that you would've helped me then is bogus. read more

I normally really like this FedEx location. They're usually quick and efficient, and most of the employees are friendly, so I've generally had good experiences here. However, something happened during my most recent visit that really caught me off guard. As my young son and I walked into the store, a customer had a full-grown dog with her. The dog had a leash attached, but she was not holding onto it and was allowing the dog to roam freely around the store. As soon as we walked in, the dog came right up to us and started sniffing us. I was visibly uncomfortable and actually put the box I was carrying in front of us to keep the dog from getting any closer. What surprised me most was that none of the employees said anything to the owner or asked her to hold onto the dog's leash, even though what was happening was noticeable. I understand that many people love dogs and that the dog may have been friendly, but customers have no way of knowing that. Not everyone is comfortable with an unfamiliar full-grown dog walking directly up to them, especially when they have a young child with them. My son also has a reaction if he touches a dog and then touches his eyes--they become red and swollen. You just don't expect to walk into a FedEx store and have someone's loose dog immediately come up and start sniffing you. This isn't a dog park or somewhere I would expect dogs to be roaming freely. If dogs are allowed inside, I think owners should at least be required to actually hold onto the leash and keep their dog from approaching other customers. I still like this location because they're usually fast and friendly, but I really hope the employees pay more attention to this in the future. This is for FedEx's "rush my passport" program. I paid nearly 2x the cost of a regular passport renewal and they took over 6 months to get my complete passport in the mail. This program also "lost" my money order made me pay over the phone and suddenly 7 months later the found my money order now they call saying they can only ship it back to me if I pay them another $40. NEVER USE RUSH MY PASSPORT PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF. read more

1 star is being generous. I have NEVER been treated so rude and discourteously in my entire life. The self-important, entitled employees of this location wouldn't know customer service if it bit them in the butt. Just because you speak in a calm voice doesn't mean you are being polite. I actually made them refund my money and I took my shipping order to UPS. Whether or not you can capably ship my package comes second to me giving my money to a company who allows their employees to treat customers in the manner they treated me. I am here to sing my praises about Felix (of the Vista Way location) and Alex (of the Hacienda location). Both of these individuals are truly and incredibly extraordinary. Fed Ex Office Print and Ship Centers should know that they are overwhelmingly lucky to have these folks on their team working for their company. THEY DESERVE ALL THE BIG BIG RAISES without any question or hesitation. Our firm recently had last minute, very rushed, VERY large orders that needed to get done. This is the nature of court documents during trial. Tensions and anxiety were high for us. But Felix and Alex made sure to pay attention to detail, listened to our requests, worked several hours diligently on the projects, and provided not one single complaint or issue. They were HAPPY to help, happy to assist us in our vision, and they were happy to join forces. We could not have started our current trial without them. Our orders were for over 10,000 pages - yes you read that correctly TEN THOUSAND PAGES. We needed them done in less than two days. Their work ethic is what runs FedEx - and I hope FedEx values these employees tenfold. They are each SO integral to the operation. Felix understood so much of the technology that he was working with and truly made sure to convert files exactly how we needed them. There were hundreds of files that he worked with. His skillset is seriously freaking incredible. Without him, we could not have done this. Without Felix, Fed Ex could not be what it is. Alex effortlessly and genuinely saw what felt impossible, and eased all my worries by assuring me that she would help get the job done. She took a last minute order and worked WONDERS. While checking out, i told Hannah that I sent an excel worksheet to the print and go service but it wasn't able to retrieve the worksheet so I took a photo and as a result, the resolution wasn't very good. Rather than just letting me pay and go on my way, HANNAH went above and beyond by asking me for the retrieval code and said she could easily render the situation. I just wanted to give a shout of huge appreciation for Gaby and Darius(not sure if that is spelled correct) . Today, I watched them deal with some EXTREMELY rude customers and handle it all professionally!! First day I went in and a black man was working and didn't ask me for my drivers license when sending a package. I went back and there was a white guy working who asked me for my license, the address didn't match the return address on the box because the dmv is closed and i couldn't renew it and I just moved. I had to use my roommates ID to send the damn package. Then he said it would be there tuesday if I paid extra. Well it didn't arrive until a week later. I just suspect racism here because I'm black and this white guy like made it so difficult to get what I needed done. read more

FedEx doesn't have much in the way of places to drop off packages. There's a small box at the store if it's open. They don't bother to pick up the packages until the end of the day so so much for FedEx being quick. FedEx needs drop off locations with enough capacity to actually drop packages off. Then they need to actually pick the packages up. read more

This place is really nice. The space is incredibly inviting and spacious but I didn't love the service. I felt the attendant was a bit curt in her speech... I was very nice and gracious to her regardless and eventually she smiled. I guess it wasn't her day. The attendant did really help me with comparing shipping cost and speeds very efficiently though which I truly appreciate. I was just mailing a couple documents out to NY. I would compare to take a look at their cute stationary and calendars! If I have to ship anything again I would definitely keep them in mind! read more

I placed an order online yesterday for a poster, I got an email confirmation and a phone call saying that my order was ready for pick up. My husband works for FedEx so he asked his coworker to pick it up for him since he was already doing a pick up there. When he went in and gave them my name they said nothing was showing up. So I called and a worker there named KATIE answered. I explained to her that I was having someone pick it up for me and she told me nothing was popping up in their system under that name. I spelled it out for her and everything and she still nothing. I read her the order number and she still said she couldn't find it. So she told me she would check the bins and she found it. So then I asked her, "so it's there and ready for pick up but not in your system?" And she said "yeah it wasn't in our system, but let me check it again." Then proceeds to tell me that it's in the system now. Katie was rude and really needs to work on her customer service skills and stop answering customers with an attitude. read more
