The item being returned was 65 pounds and I was even able to print the label out at their store. I was even nervous about going there if I didn't follow the exact steps for dropping off a package, even though I was a regular customer. Now it's different. The staff are much nicer. They changed my drop off for the truck at the last minute and told me to drop it off at Postal Annex. It was 10, are they open! So, I left it there with the keys with the other trucks that were their. If you go at night you will see many trucks and most probably have the keys inside.
