It actually seemed bigger than other locations, but it had more of a warehouse feeling. The layout here wasn't as appealing to me, and stuff I wanted didn't just pop out at me. It was organized well, but the aisles being vertical rather than horizontal made you need to walk down each one. If you know what you need, this location is fine. For browsing, I'd prefer the Penfield location.

I tied to explain but he just kept yelling not their problem etc. Called Amazon, very nice person spent over an hour with her on the phone. When I told her I didn't think I was given one. She was a total smart ass. "Well, I need some kind of label" of course you do sweetie! I know how returns work. I didn't want to hold up the line so I took a step back and started to pull up the return to see if there was a shipping label. The woman I let go in front of me didn't have a shipping label, and the girl behind the counter.(same girl) very politely and sweetly informed the woman how she can email the label to her, she can print it out, and presto she is done. My BF and so looked at each other, like whaaat! Why would she be so polite to this woman and so rude to us? So I asked the woman, can I please get a copy of that email address? She kinda tossed it to us. Now my BF and I decided to take the Blake and Ryan approach, and just simply discuss this woman's indiscretions, as if she wasn't there. We were not loud, or rude, very matter of fact. She knew of course we were talking about her. She was uncomfortable, as was everyone else. Which suited me fine. Since they all made us uncomfortable. Shame, because UPS is really losing a lot of money right now. You would think there would be more care by their in shop employees. I know their Drivers are awesome.
