Went to drop off Amazon return. I walked in and told the girl behind the counter. I would tell you her name, but she was not wearing a name tag. Convenient for her, as all other employees in the store were wearing one. I told her I needed to process a return. She said she needed the shipping label. Which I didn't have. When I told her I didn't think I was given one. She was a total smart ass. "Well, I need some kind of label" of course you do sweetie! I know how returns work. I didn't want to hold up the line so I took a step back and started to pull up the return to see if there was a shipping label. The woman I let go in front of me didn't have a shipping label, and the girl behind the counter.(same girl) very politely and sweetly informed the woman how she can email the label to her, she can print it out, and presto she is done. My BF and so looked at each other, like whaaat! Why would she be so polite to this woman and so rude to us? So I asked the woman, can I please get a copy of that email address? She kinda tossed it to us. Now my BF and I decided to take the Blake and Ryan approach, and just simply discuss this woman's indiscretions, as if she wasn't there. We were not loud, or rude, very matter of fact. She knew of course we were talking about her. She was uncomfortable, as was everyone else. Which suited me fine. Since they all made us uncomfortable. Shame, because UPS is really losing a lot of money right now. You would think there would be more care by their in shop employees. I know their Drivers are awesome. I'm very frustrated with this business. Apparently I had to be home to sign for $50 worth of puzzles and because I work two jobs and I am never home during business hours, they brought my package to this store. I just realized this so I have yet to pick up my package and apparently after ONE WEEK they are returning it back to sender. Worker I spoke to said I will likely not get a refund either. I don't understand why I didn't receive phone calls or why they could not wait more than a week for me to pick up package. Literally insane. Now waiting for something to come out of UPS claim. I feel completely robbed and now I have to deal with this mess read more

I only ever come here for Amazon returns. I was here last weekend for the same thing, and the 3 other people there with me were doing the same, lol. It's very easy and I've never had an issue. I'm not sure why, but sometimes Amazon wants you to pack your item and put the label on it, and sometimes you can just bring it like you do at Kohl's. I had a ton of returns from Christmas, and I was taking most of them to Kohl's. A few of them could only go to UPS and needed packed myself. That is just too much work for me anymore. :) It's an Amazon issue and not a UPS issue for sure. They scanned my packages and gave me a receipt, and I was on my way. Since you need to walk the whole way thru the Kohl's store to get to the Amazon desk, it's really easier to take them here. read more

I NEVER have written a review. I have shipped MANY package at this location. I shipped a USPS package on 8/29/2023 and it was LOST. NO ONE takes responsibility for a USPS package at a franchise UPS store. I'd advise not to ship a USPS package at a UPS store, as there are NO TRACKING NUMBERS issued when dropping off a USPS package. The USPS carrier picks up the package, drops off at the Barret Drive PO. If it gets lost, there is NO PROOF of mailing. read more

Ive been helping out my dad with deliveries and had a few packages I needed to ship out. I was driving a pretty big truck so I was parked a bit away from the building. I didn't know how heavy the boxes were until I went to go carry one inside. When I got in I asked if they had a wagon or something so I could bring the others in easier, they not only gave me a hand truck to use but an employee walked out to the truck with me and helped load and bring the rest inside. Probably the best customer service I've ever experienced, made it quick and easy, very grateful!! read more

Stopped in to return item to Amazon and was refused service due to no mask. I had been in there twice before with no mask and was served. Now due to their refusal I don't show a refund on my Amazon account because they did not process the return. As far as I know they either kept it or threw it out. Now I'm out $20+. read more

Go to Staples on hard road for your Amazon returns and UPS needs! This store charges 2.00 to print out labels if you didn't print at home or don't have a printer. Their justification is quote "We don't make any money off of Amazon so we have to take advantage of our customers" and they are very rude about it. Poor customer service and taking advantage of customers. Staples will take good care of you and print labels for free. read more

Poor customer interaction from the self professed owner. Will use Fed Ex every chance I get. In fact he advised I should go there!!

The service at this store is horrible. The Manager Noel is rude and charges $2.00 to print your ups label. I was having trouble printing my label at my home and he was squinting and sighing loudly the entire transaction. I informed the manager Noel that I had back issues and could not lift the package into the scale and he replied "I have back issues too". He then started waiting on another customer while in the middle of our transaction. A woman who had many packages, I waited another 10 minutes. He does not deserve to have a business in Webster the way he treats people so rudely and does not care to give good customer service. He is foolish because there are other UPS stores to frequent and UPS comes to your home as well. He over charges because he doesn't think people have another choice to mail packages. We do. BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! I called from Boston to discuss some things I needed done for my Father. I was lucky enough to have the pleasure of speaking with the Owner Noel! He was extremely kind, informative and helpful;). I emailed the documents I needed printed out along with a list of needs/directions. Noel went above and beyond and had everything waiting for my Father when he walked through the door. We needed a doc notarized, and he did that too! Just a quick review to mention as an establishment I've visited often in the past for some business purpose or another, I have always had a good experience each time and the guys that work there are always very welcoming, helpful and kind. The workers having such pleasant dispositions always makes for visiting any establishment that much easier and enjoyable, especially businesses like these where going there is usually more to accomplish a chore, than for pleasure.
