When I told her I didn't think I was given one. She was a total smart ass. "Well, I need some kind of label" of course you do sweetie! I know how returns work. I didn't want to hold up the line so I took a step back and started to pull up the return to see if there was a shipping label. The woman I let go in front of me didn't have a shipping label, and the girl behind the counter.(same girl) very politely and sweetly informed the woman how she can email the label to her, she can print it out, and presto she is done. My BF and so looked at each other, like whaaat! Why would she be so polite to this woman and so rude to us? So I asked the woman, can I please get a copy of that email address? She kinda tossed it to us. Now my BF and I decided to take the Blake and Ryan approach, and just simply discuss this woman's indiscretions, as if she wasn't there. We were not loud, or rude, very matter of fact. She knew of course we were talking about her. She was uncomfortable, as was everyone else. Which suited me fine. Since they all made us uncomfortable. Shame, because UPS is really losing a lot of money right now. You would think there would be more care by their in shop employees. I know their Drivers are awesome. I got a slip to send back saying that the post office can drop off the package without me being there. I remember filling out that slip but I can't remember what I did with it after filling it out (Probably because I took care of it at 4:30 in the morning when I woke up to go to the gym). I wasn't sure which post office the slip would have gone to if I indeed remembered to send it back and I wasn't sure which post office had my package. I called the Winton Rd. post office since I live closest to them but no one answered my calls and I let the phone ring for so long I was hung up on... 3 times. I then called the USPS hotline and using an automatic system I found out that this post office had my package. I called and someone answered right away which was fantastic. I spoke to David who found my package and said he could have it redelivered the next day. I decided I would come pick it up and David said it would be ready for me. I went to the post office which is easy to find but it is pushed back a little from the road. It is across the street from panorama plaza. I was happy on the inside because I am used to seeing the cramped post office eon Winton Rd. This was very spacious so you have room to breath and form a line. The person at the counter was very helpful and quickly found my package that was set aside fro me since I was coming to pick it up and I was out of there. Everyone at this location was so friendly and helpful and I am grateful for them. I will drive out of my way to come here and skip over Winton Rd. 1 week later, I still have no idea what I did with that slip... I am not sure I will ever remember.
