Last time I'll be returning to this store and I've shipped many packages there. previous reviews mention the impolite grey haired lady, how a company like FedEx hasn't figured out she needs serious customer service training is pretty unbelievable. all other employees at this location are great, she's not friendly and always points out the negative factors of what you're shipping. to get to her age and have no customer service skills is discouraging. read more

Impolite people and lost my package that was supposed to get there on Wednesday which it is Sunday now! Plus, they don't seem to care about their job or to help anyone at all. I would NOT take your stuff here. My package had not arrived even though I paid a ton extra for it to get there in a few days. I am out of state at the moment and don't have the receipt with the tacking number so they can't help at all even though I can give them all of my info with my name, ph num, addresses sent to and from, and etc. ridiculous. What kind of business is this? Don't take your packages here as they overcharge and it won't be received. read more

I just stopped in to drop off a shipment, I'm seeing some reviews about the smake women I had an interaction with. Grey hair and glasses, she met me with zero customer service, rushed, and flat out rude; didn't ask what I needed help with and proceeded to yell and give me instructions. i never said a word while in there. Connor has made it impossible for us to return to this location with his rudeness and unhelpfulness. We submitted a picture to be made into a sign. Because we have two high-res copies of the photo we didn't notice that the one we submitted has the photographer's watermark on it. She sent those to us as proofs after our session and gave us permission to share them as long as we showed the watermark advertising her! It was helpful and reasonable for him to call us and mention the watermark and to ask for her permission to print. Since the photographer has moved and isn't easy to contact, we instead resubmitted with the version of the high res photo she gave us with no watermark when she gave us all of our photographs. He then refused to print it as a violation of copyright. He spoke rudely to me and my husband telling me he knew more about copyright than I did. Dear Connor, I'm a content developer and strategist for a major company and have to consider copyright and what images and words I can use on the daily. Also, these photos would fall under "work made for hire." I would gladly have supplied that part of our contract but Connor scoffed at me and raised his voice insisting that "I don't think you could know as much as I do." No scoff needed in return. Rude service and misinformation. On top of that, FedEx service for international shipments failed miserably: my package was not delivered on time and the recipients were charged an additional 1/3 of the price of the shipment (which was $167, so an additional $60 for a package weighing 1.5 pounds). When I was mailing the package, the guy never mentioned additional charges. Skip this office and FedEx altogether for international shipments. Go across the street to UPS! read more

I have been using this location for two years, because it is convenient. However, due to poor customer service and the employees doing everything they can to be as difficult as possible, I will happily travel farther for a better experience. The manager seems to be drunk on power. He's either created the toxic environment that allows rudeness to flourish or does nothing to promote a positive atmosphere. The employees at the DMV are far friendlier than the most of the employees at this Fed Ex. read more

The friendly sales clerk behind the counter gave me complete and detailed options as well as other less expensive alternatives that were outside of his business. I took his advice for the less expensive option but still shipped with this company because of his willingness to be up front with me. I've been here 2 times in the last week. The first time was to print off flyers for my missing dog. There were 3 people at the counter and only 1 was helping customers while the other 2 were kind of wondering around. I asked for help 2 times and received attitude both times. It was clear they didn't want to help. The second guy's enthusiasm only picked up after he saw I was missing my dog and then was very helpful. The lady gave my daughter a toy, but gave me lots of attitude. It was weird. ***Super frustrating to have in a copy store overly priced candy at toddler eye level!!! While trying to make copies, I had to constantly fight my daughter to not pull their snacks down. It's ridiculous to have snacks in a copy place and then have it at eye level to a child. The second time I came in was today. There was only one guy in the office. He was super kind, very helpful, and very slow. Took him 10 minutes minimum to help each customer. Meanwhile, only 1 of their copiers was kind of working and it jammed every 2 pages. Every time I needed help from the guy behind the counter, I had to wait 10 minutes for him to finish up with another customer. Meanwhile, you guessed it, my toddler is going after every snack in the place. I will drive to Denver before I have to come back to this place to use their services. It's absurd. read more

They have been holding my package HOSTAGE for more than a week now! I'm writing this review here because the Broomfield center doesn't have a page. So, first the Fedex in PA totally screwed up my shipment and returned my package to shipper before it even left the original location stating that I refused the delivery. Then the replacement took 5 days on a 3 day shipping to even get close to CO. Now, they are just holding my package hostage for no apparent reason. The barcode being messed up could have been fixed in 30 seconds. You print a new sticker and move on. I would pick it up but the Broomfield phone number is the main customer service line for all of Fedex so I can't get in contact with the actual location. If I could give 0 stars I would. I've been waiting for this package for almost a damn month now. I bet the Pony Express could deliver more quickly. read more

You know what, I absolutely, positively did need it there over night...and not only did they deliver, they printed, bound and packed it. This particular Fedx is just like Old Faithful, the crowds come in spurts, usually right before the last driver of the day shows up. SO if you need something sent off, try and get there before 4pm (I know seems silly to leave Happy Hour Early just to get something shipped). The service has always been top notch here, nice friendly staff...no matter how swamped they get. read more

We came here to mail something. Sign on the door said to excuse the inconvenience but that they'd be back by 11:30. Waited until 12:10 and nobody came back. I'm pretty sure it's illegal not to be open during posted hours. I'm checking into that. read more

I have never had a wait time less then 30 minutes here. Computers are always down causing delays. If two people are in front of you do not expect to get help within an hour. Poorest FedEx I have been to in my experience......nation wide. Hire more people and more competent people if you want return business, I will not return until you do. read more

For some reason this location always has a problem with the type of box I use for shipping. Seems like they are trying to get you to buy their boxes only. However any other location will gladly accept it. I'll stick with UPS. Terrible customer service. read more

I had a package sent to the FedEx Office Print & Ship Center at 10141 Wadsworth Pkwy, Westminster, Colorado 80021 location since it required a signature for delivery. ($1000 insurance) When I arrived to pick it up, while standing in line, I witnessed the manager "Jeremy" upsell a customer a plastic bag for a return she was making for a piece of clothing. She had the original box from the company she was returning to, but Jeremy told her the box was too flimsy, so she was going to have to buy a plastic bag to ship it instead. Really? A plastic bag is better than a box? it was just an opportunity to sell a bag to a customer that didnt mee to it. I was then helped by Jeremy. The box I was picking up had obvious damage, rips in the cardboard and it looked like it had been crushed. I personally had shipped it from another state a few days prior, so I knew the box was brand new when I shipped it. The FedEx where I shipped it was great and had placed several "Fragile" stickers all over it. I told Jeremy I needed to open the box, which he seemed very annoyed by. I inspected the contents, and due to the way I wrapped the contents could not tell for sure if it was damaged lots of bubble wrap and padding. I asked Jeremy to please make a note of the condition of the box so if there was damage it was documented. Jeremy refused and said, "we dont do that here." I again asked that the state of the box be documented until I could ensure the contents were not damaged. Jeremy again refused and said we dont do that and you will just have to deal with it if there is any damage. I then asked for a business card with his first and last name, so I could remember who I had dealt with. Jeremy again refused, saying, " I am the only Jeremy, you dont need my last name." after he refused to document anything I had asked him to, we took the package and left. When I opened the box, I noticed a small dent in the top rail of the crib. (the item shipped was a hand made wooden crib). Jeremy's attitude and disregard for any sort of customer service was unacceptable. I have always had good experiences with Fedex, but I will not be using them in the future if this is how "managers" represent your company. As a small business owner who ships daily I only use this location because of its close proximity. I have never had a pleasant experience at this location and I bring things ready to ship. The customer service is atrocious; including management. They nit pick every single package, are as rude as possible and cost me lots of extra unnecessary time. OMG, waiting 15 minutes to pay for a fax is CRAZY! The fax machine is self-service, so the actual faxing process is fast (assuming you know how to use a fax machine, which I really don't...), but then you have to wait in line to pay for the piece of paper that you have just faxed. It cost a few dollars, which is sort of outrageous, all things considered. I seriously hope I never have to do this again. read more

Wow, if anyone knows customer service, it is Jennifer at this fedex office store. She was so friendly and eager to assist me with a massive print job that I don't think I will ever go to another location. In a service based industry like print services, employees like Jennifer are a great competitive advantage. WORTHLESS!!!! so many problems with this company I don't even want to describe them all. They ship things to the wrong address on a regular basis. Scheduled 2 separate package pickups and no one shows up and they blame ME for it. Package valued at over $300 was completely obliterated and appeared to have been dropped down a flight of stairs!
