I haven't experienced this bad of service in awhile... I asked the gentleman to help print a blueprint size paper out and he looked at me confused. When I followed with .. "are you able to help me with this" he said he is busy and would be done tomorrow.. I proceeded to smile and go across the street to Staples and the lady was so helpful and nice. It was printed in less than 5 minutes!!! Never going back to this FedEx and it's partly my fault for not checking the reviews first.. I'm not the type to leave reviews ever but I've been going to this fedex location quite frequently with my infant and almost every time I go an employee comes out from behind the counter and helps me with my packages while I'm holding my baby in his car seat. Don't bother going..can't trust business hours. Always closed! I tried to go at various times & every time a handwritten sign on door said "closed". Even the FedEx employees in trucks coming to pick up packages were stunned...never seen anything quite like it... don't waste your time. Go to another FedEx facility...try Burlington they are great. read more

The worst company I've ever dealed with! I have a package that was shipped from NY to MA a month ago. 1) The fedex clerk put a wrong name on a package! Who knows how it happened! I can understand the name being spelled wrong but it was a totally different name on a package when it came to MA. The sender (very close friend of mine) gave his id to the fedex clerk when he shipped the package and even though his name was misspelled... 2) Of course I couldn't pick up my package because my name was not on a package even. The sender requested the name being changed in the system so I could pick it up. At the current location I've been told that I still couldn't pick up my package because there was no system they could check the receiver name and they go according to the label on the package. All my questions about my package and possible ways to solve the issue were not answered. The stuff was not helpful at all. The only phrase you hear there: "We don't know. We have our own policy". What do you mean "our own policy"? Are you related to fedex? And who supposed to know?! The package supposed to go back to NY in 5 business days but it went to Mississippi! What the hell the package is doing there?! 3) The sender called fedex zillion times to get a package back. He has been told that he needs to pay for the package again in order to get it?! What?! To pay for fedex mistake?! Ok. He paid. And guess what? The package is still in MS and fedex is saying that the sender has a billing problem. The sender called and verified ALL his information again and again and again and still the package is in MS! Overall, the package is out there somewhere for a month right now and it has been paid twice for 2-days delivery... Wow... The worst company ever! Fedex representatives are not helpful at all! The only thing they do to get rid of you is taking your phone number so you can shut up and never call back. Fedex service? Never gain. P.S. When we called fedex again and asked to claim our money back because the item was expensive. Guess what? All I wanted was to ship something and it's turning into a nightmare I went in to ship a small package to a friend in Canada. The people at the store grabbed the package, charged me 31 dollars and said it was all set A week later I receive the same package in the mail saying I didn't attach a "commercial invoice" form. I went back and said that this had happened. I had to call fedex from the store, the people on the phone said I wouldn't get the refund because I should have known to attach this form. ????? I don't know what forms to use, I assume the people who ship this do! They said eventually that they would fax me a form for the refund. They never did I called again and they said they would email me a form for refund. Never did Called again and the gentlemen said they wouldn't issue a refund because I didn't have a 9 digit number from my bank statement and said I was never charged. Expect I was... And it's in my bank statement... 31 dollars from fedex. I'm going to have to call my credit company now and tell them what happened and that this massive company is robbing me of 31 dollars. Someone please figure out what is so horrendously wrong in the life of the troll who "works" here (based on past reviews I'm almost certain her name is Theresa) so she will stop taking out her anger on every unsuspecting customer who walks through these doors. I was laughed at and told that I needed to pay to have my items wrapped and packaged as I would not know how to do it right, and if I didn't, they most certainly wouldn't make it to their destination intact (as clear a threat as any that Theresa the Troll would be smashing my framed artwork as soon as I looked away). Horrendous customer service. This FedEx location is right around the corner from where I work, so it's my default store when having to ship/return packages via FedEx. There were 5 people (2 h.s. aged kids?!) behind the counter today and no one wanted to help me send a package which was already packaged with a prepaid label. I would gladly drive to another location do encounter better customer service and knowledgeable employees. Hopefully they can get their act together as this is not the first time service has been extremely poor. read more

Zero stars across the board if Yelp would allow. The employees were short and rude without reason. I could not return a package that was originally delivered from FedEx in the original packaging (new labels, prepaid and all) and they said it wasn't acceptable. When I asked why they said it could tear. When I told them it was wrapped in a thick plastic before I put it back In the original packaging (again, which they delivered) they just said flat out no. Tried to get me to buy a $17 box for a $25 item I'm returning which simply was not worth the time, effort or giving FedEx my business. read more

I'd say if you have to do anything Fed Ex when you are not required to go to a specific center (such as for picking up something), go here. It's fairly convenient, and it's well staffed and efficient. I wish, though, that they would have originally considered making the parking lot level and just add stairs up to the door. I should have believed the reviews. Two ladies behind the counter were so unhelpful and would not help me weigh the pieces of a baby crib, even though I'm handicapped walking with a cane. One lady asked that I put each piece on their counter scale to weigh. And then refused to charge the FedEx account for packing, she would only charge my credit card. I had to pack every piece of the wooden crib back into the car and drive to the FedEx in Peabody, who took care of everything in less than 5 minutes. Rude when telling me to sign a form, when asked to borrow her pen that she was marking the form with, she clicked it and put it in her pant pocket and directed me to get another pen from another station. I have used this place for printing for years, and the service has become almost non-existent. I called the office today to get a receipt emailed for a job they shipped 12/12/12. After having to wait through their vmail message (the machine doesn't allow you to press "0" or "#" to skip it, and if you try, it takes you back to the beginning so you can listen all over again), the phone rang more than 10 times before it was picked up. The person who picked it up asked me to call back with my request in a couple days. I order two jobs every few months on light pink and light blue paper. They no longer carry these colors, so I had to go out and buy paper for them. Last month I emailed two jobs that were unopened for weeks; when I called, they found one in their junk mail and couldn't find the other one. I used to associate the FedEx name with high-quality, but this office has me wondering what the heck happened. read more

I had a packaged dropped off by a delivery company to be packaged and shipped and from the moment my guy arrived Teresa was not displaying her best customer service skills. I will have to wait and see how well she packaged my $7k Microscope in 3 boxes. This is the worst shipping experience I ever have had. Will not use FedEx anymore. We shipped out a package on 02/08/2018 via a mail box in Wakefield, MA. By 02/12/2018 the shipment was still "Pending" on FedEx tracking system. To clarify the shipment location, I called the local office in Woburn, MA. The girl there told me to call 1-800-Go-FedEx. So I called. The girl by 1-800-Go-FedEx told me to get with the local office to find out who the deliverer/pick-up person was. So I called Woburn again. For sure, the girl in Woburn office immediately shut me down saying "Call 1-800-Go-FedEx. They are the only one." I was so mad. Will never use FedEx again. read more

Employees here clearly hate their job, or at least the older woman with the shorter dirty blonde hair. The younger woman with the dark hair was very pleasant. Two of us were waiting forever in a line behind one person taking forever to mail a couple of things and the older woman employee was not interested getting our packages - both were right behind the register and not even in the back. Like literally 6 feet from the counter. This unhelpful employee was shuffling papers around making little things at a leisurely pace, clearly for no one actually at the location. When I got my package, it took less than 1 minute from handing over my ID to walking away. Surely the other employee could have done this and still gotten her other work done on time. This is on par with the ridiculousness of some post office employees. Give yourself extra time at this location. read more

It was my first time to meet Theresa. I did not believe the other reviews, unfortunately, they are quite true. I go to another FedEx in Shrewsbury. I had them do print jobs within minutes. All I had to do was hand it over in a USB drive. Theresa seemed to not know how to do the print job that Shrewsbury did for me. She told me to do it myself. Why on earth would I go to FedEx if I knew how to do this myself? She works at FedEx; she needs to know how to do her job. Please spare the trouble and do not go to this location! read more

Shock and awe walking through the door of this location. There was a woman behind the counter (Theresa) yelling at me to PUT MY BOXES ON THE SCALE. My daughter and I were barely balancing the four boxes we were carrying and found our way to the counter only to be yelled at again to PUT THE BOXES ON THE SCALE! She was rudely ill informed about the services and we ended up leaving with our four boxes and arranging for a pick up at our home via the 800 number. I felt assaulted by her abusive persona, it's difficult to understand why a large company like FedEx would allow such treatment of their customers.
