Probably one of the worst experiences in customer services i have experienced in a while. Walked in an was 3rd in line. After about 10 mins, the lady in the front of the line left. I noticed 3 people behind the counter. John was busily taping boxes, while the other two were doing some kind of paper work. No one bothered acknowledging the line that was now 5 deep. The self service kiosk was not working. Finally after about 15 mins, John, one of the employees barked out, 'WHO IS NEXT. He never apologized for the wait. About 5 mins later, the lady then repeated the order and said, 'NEXT'. Again, she never apologized for the wait. I asked if they were short handed and why the wait. I never got a response. They should really take a lesson from UPS on how to treat customers. Stay away from this place if possible. They care very little about their customers. read more

I just had THE BEST experience with Jackie. I was doing self service and the copies were fuzzy and cutting off verbiage. Jackie took a lot of her time to assist. We had to white out something's and write some things. She made black and white and then color copies to try to determine which worked best. I am genuinely pleased with the extra mile Jackie went. Very good experience. Now off to the house I go while listening to Migos!! read more

Best FedEx ship center in all of Memphis! The customer service is amazing and genuine! Shi and Rod deserve raises or some type of 5 star employee bonuses! If you had 2 people with personalities and customer service like them everywhere, FedEx would never have any competition. I love this FedEx as soon as you walk in they literally smile and say how are you take your package and you are out the door in minuets. I have shipped a few packages from here and its the same every time. I dis like the crabby USPS people and gladly pay a little more to get this kinda service. Maybe the if the USPS treated there customers like this FedEx dose they would not be in the financial situation they are in. read more

I've mailed $300 to $500 worth of boxes each year via Fed-Ex over the last 15 years and have never had an employee ask if it contained something fragile. I have never made a claim. When asked today, I acknowledged that it did contain fragile items. She then said it would "not" be insured for $100 if she didn't open and inspect the contents! I assured her everything in the large box was packed well. I first declined and then asked if it would cost an additional fee to have it inspected. She said, "no." I then said okay. She opened the box and began taking every item out of the box, which contained approximately 30 small items; everything except a flat piece was wrapped and taped but it was loosely covered in air bags. I was told it needed to be wrapped in bubble wrap. I didn't have any additional bubble wrap with me. (More cost.) What? When was this implemented? She told me the inspection had been with Fed-Ex for years! It's a good thing there weren't 10 people behind me. I will never declare anything fragile in content again. I hope I am never again asked by an employee or I will go somewhere else! Not covered by $100 unless inspected. Please, this is an invasion and there is "no way" everything would have gone back in the box. It took us over an hour to pack it carefully so everything fit with peanuts, large bubble wrap, small bubble wrap and air bags!!! UPS sounds good. read more
