I was provided with a receipt that had the tracking number. My shipment was to be delivered in three business days. I insured the shipment for $300 to cover some expensive items. I was traveling and two days later I tried to check on the progress of my package. The tracking number was not accepted. This made me concerned. I called the UPS store and I was on hold with a recording that stated over and over that someone would be with me momentarily. I let my phone go while I was taking care of other things. A half hour later the recording was still going. Nevertheless, the packages arrived on time, well wrapped, protected and in pristine condition. I would have given five stars but they made me worry. I still don't know what my recourse would have been had my package not gotten delivered.
