Come here at least once every couple weeks. It's really hit or miss whether you get anyone who knows what they're doing. I mean I've had the person that knows how to answer every question before you even ask it and then there's that dude that I had to physically do the copying because giving instructions just wasn't enough! Where's the "any" key kinda painful, like maybe you little brother could help you. Also it's sometimes quick but other times it's painfully slow but never Goldilocks kinda just right so it's out the door before I finish my salutation or maybe I should have eaten before I got here kind if scenarios. Seriously I have spent more time shipping a couple of packages than I spent having lunch, argh! Unfortunately, my other big issue, no matter fast or slow it seems like they always try to sell you something overpriced that you may not, or more likely, don't need. That's not only annoying but when they make up some lame story about the possible temperature concerns so that you more fully insulate the set of placemats you're returning to Amazon, I mean it's actually insulting. Bottom line, they don't have much in the way if office supplies or last minute things you might want to include in your package like a thank you card, etc. But they utilize their little bit if extra space with flimsy boxes and a white lot of packing peanuts and bubble tape that can cost more than the item you're shipping is worth to start with. Hey I'd go down the road but it's the only UPS place in town and while I absolutely prefer FedEx, who doesn't close at 6:30, it's cheaper than the aforementioned and forget about a safari to the post office and that's why I'm here. ..... did you just hesitate and think about charging me for that strip of tape??? read more

Horrible customer service. I paid for next day am deliver, and the package still has not arrived a week later. They refused to refund any of the shipping. UPS wants to blame it on weather, but the package was shipped 3 days before weather got bad. Might as well let the post office handle it for less money. read more

You've just met your new post office!! We love love this location UPS store. The friendly staff including owners Melanie and Megan always give you a variety of price options for shipping. They always give you tracking and receipt for piece of mind. They are open early and late including extra holiday hours. The selection of cards and postal items is just right and they offer many extra services including copies faxes post boxes invitations insurance specialty packaging and shopping etc. I haven't been to another ups or post office in years they handle it all! read more

The UPS store has really been an excellent resource for my business providing a bunch of shipping and printing services for me. I have them print my resource material, package it, and ship it on demand with just an email from me telling them where it goes. They print (or contract out) my business cards and business forms and bill it all through a house account they set up for me. It has been a great business to work with. Thanks Mel. read more

Don't use for international mail! Wanted to send a simple birthday card to someone in Europe. I send cards regularly overseas though I usually go to the Post Office. Went to the UPS store because I was nearby. They were wanting me to declare contents and value etc like a package. I said "It's just a card!" After 10 minutes of typing the young lady asked someone else for help (manager?). She asked if I wanted a tracking number. I said "no just regular international mail - it's just a card!". She then told me it would be $7.20. What? It normally costs just over $1 to send a card internationally. They said it needed "special handling" because it was a non-standard size so couldn't go as a card or letter. Wrong. It was a regular size greeting card though it was annotated "extra postage" because it was heavy cardstock so it was right at 1 oz. I went to a nearby business that has a mini Post Office inside and was charged $1.42 and it only took a few seconds. I checked the USPS International Price calculator on the web and $1.42 was the correct price even if it was an odd shape. $7.20 doesn't even make sense. If you want to ship a package via UPS domestically they are fine but don't take international mail there. read more
