I do not recommend FedEx. Their customer service is worthless. They told me that this location would be open on Saturdays and Sundays until 5pm. I went a whole half hour out of the way to pick up a package. I went to pick it up because it requires a signature and I work all day. I would never be there to sign for it. I've tried calling customer service several times. There was no option to connect me with a representative. I asked several times to transferred. The automated system would not connect me. I have to try to go all of the way out there again in hopes that my package would be there. This is awful. I will not be using them for delivery purposes in the future. read more

There isn't too much to say about the Fed Ex distribution center. Here goes... Exterior/Location: Large warehouse not visible to the road on Majestic Parkway. Interior: Looks like a Fed Ex office. No frills. Vibe/Ambiance: None... seriously.... none Staff: My clerk was funny and helpful, which is rare. The clerk next to him was some women that appeared to barely have a pulse. She spent a god period of time rolling her eyeballs at the person she was helping. I would have been totally annoyed if I had to deal with her. Clientele: Anybody who missed signing for their package. Price: Whatever it costs to ship your item? Must get items: Good packaging Why I love or hate it: I am totally indifferent. Final thoughts: I only go there if I have to sign for a box. Go during daylight hours. Surrounding area and neigborhood are sketchy. read more

I was a little hesitant to write a review for Fed ex on Majestic Parkway, but decided that based on my positive experience here, I really needed to do so. Sure, I was just dropping off three packages and it seems like a no big deal to go to a Fed Ex store, but I am sure as anyone who had had to experience the annoyance of waiting in long lines (looking at you USPS) and just standing around, this experience was refreshing. The physical Fed ex store was one of the nicest I have ever visited. Super clean, filled with friendly staff, and the lines moved at the swiftest pace possible--I was actually confused for a moment as people milled in and then immediately they were taken care of. The Fed ex employee who worked with me handled my three package in a timely manner and my experience was nothing short of positive in every way. For me, and when I make any returns, I know there are so many options, the post office, UPS, and those neighborhood stores that ship. I am hesitant to use anyone else now that my experience with Fed ex was so great. Excellent store to visit. read more

The absolute worst racist place I have ever been to. I had two black girls serviced before myself, neither one were asked to provide identification. (They were chatting about where their weave came from). When Freida Covington (the black "client service" member)come to provide my box she required ID, seeing I'm picking up for my art we that just had surgery I did not have a matching ID. I provided legal documents that were in my car and I guess 2 months old isn't good enough for her. She refused to relinquish my package and proceeded to yell at me. When she was in the back room she called me a fag to her coworker. Wouldn't get the manager when I told her to so I could file a complaint. At this point it's either a racial issue or it's a gay thing. Either way this is in no way shape or form customer service. Joyce McPherson, the branch manager needs to fire this woman. read more

FedEx employees have lied every time I deal with them. i had a package w/next day delivery, the driver jumped out of his vehicle, ran to my door, stuck a door tag on it and sped off. I called there 800 number and talked to a rep and a supervisor who quickly promised me they would send the driver back within an hour. they lied!!! i checked the tracking status and it showed the package back at the facility at the same time they were promising me to get it here today. A few years ago I used them for monthly packages I would order... the same stuff happened back then, or the driver would sit guy on street and blow the horn a few times, then he was running up to my door w/ another tag. I wanted to share my positive experience with this facility. I had some perishable stuff shipped form Maryland. When I explained my situation to the staff they made extra trips to my home. We somehow still missed the package. They helped me get it in time even if it involved someone from the facility making after hour calls to me. read more
