We were supposed to get a delivery for our Electrolux Wahser Dryer on 9/4 (Spoiler alert: We didn't get it). They then rescheduled it to 9/19. On that day, my wife & I were both at home waiting for the delivery and then got an update on the rxo tracking site that said delivery could not be processed as we were not at home which is a complete LIE. They did not call us 30 mins before like they were supposed to, nor did they call when they arrived at our location, they didn't knock on the door or ring the bell either. We called customer service and they told us the driver said we weren't home but did not properly document it... The earliest day they could give us was 9/25 which makes it 3 weeks to the day that we were actually supposed to receive the order. We were then assured we will get it on 9/25 Then today (9/25) we get a call from the driver at 12:15, and they said they'll be here in 15 minutes. At 12:35, I thought its been a while let me go and check. I see the white truck coming in to our apartment's driveway so I got ready and went out to greet the driver at 12:36 but... I just see them driving away into the main street.... I check the site and they said delivery could not be performed cause the site isn't ready... WHAT???? I call the number the driver used to call me and they don't pick up. Call RXO and the customer service kept us on held and kept forwarding the calls multiple times until finally they got hold of the driver who apparently admitted that they didn't call us and abruptly hung up on the customer service agent.... This is by far the worst company I've had to deal with, the level of incompetence is awful and the lies are infuriating. read more

just now New Ordered a Peloton Treadmill that was scheduled to arrive on 11/22. Received a notification that the order is out for delivery and that we should receive a call 30 min prior to delivery. No call came. We called RXO only to find out that the delivery had been cancelled. They lied about the reason and said they had capacity constraints. Our delivery window was 9:30am-12:30pm, they had no constraints, their team called off the rest of the day. Happy Friday. We had to call Peloton and RXO MULTIPLE times, in total we spent more than 10 hrs on the phone trying to get answers. Multiple times we were told someone would reach out to us and no one ever did! (Fire your India Call Center, the communication back and forth is amongst the worst I have ever seen) Finally the truck came back and the order got updated with the next available date for delivery as 12/6! Two weeks later is unacceptable. Further more, they keep claiming they won't make a delivery on our requested day because it doesn't align with their standard routes. That's BS, think critically and find a solution! We live 10 min away! We offered early and late deliver window for 11/26 with no flexibility from RXO. I spent multiple hours on the phone getting dates moved but none of them got us to the requested delivery date we needed as we are out of town. At this point, I still have no finalized delivery date or delivery window that meets our schedule and based upon the current communication coming from RXO I am confident they will miss the next delivery date. The sad thing is the impact this carrier has on the Peloton brand. It is definitely not representative of The Peloton experience I have been accustomed to and based upon other reviews, appears to be a regular occurrence for RXO. We have also emailed their customercaremgmt@rxo.com email multiple times with no response. I have even offered to pick it up myself and the call center in India claims they can't get ahold of anyone In the Brooklyn DC. (It's been 2 days at this point and you can't get ahold of anyone and give an updated date??? Please contact me to resolve this issue. All the information should be associated in this account . We received an IKEA delivery from RXO and it was exactly when they scheduled, called before arrival, and a very professional and swift delivery inside my house. I have tried to order through IKEA before and whatever company they used to use, NEVER showed up. I rescheduled with them 10+ times and never received my delivery, to the point that I canceled my $2000+ order through IKEA and gave up hope. I am so happy that I tried again and received my order exactly when they said I would. The young man that delivered my piece even complimented my wall art which was the cherry on top. Absolutely the worse service by far that we have ever received in getting an appliance delivered. Through Frigidaire, I paid to have RXO deliver our new refrigerator to our kitchen and move our old refrigerator to another room. Fail #1 -- The delivery team delivered our brand new Frigidaire refrigerator to our front lawn. They claimed they do not unpackage and bring Frigidaire refrigerators into the house. They only do that for Samsung refrigerators. Nor do they move any current appliances. So there sat my brand new refrigerator on the front lawn! I called Frigidaire escalated customer service and they agreed that this service is atrocious absolutely RXO is contracted to move the new appliance into the house and move the current appliance to a room of our choice. Frigidaire even tried multiple times to contact RXO to fix the delivery issues, all while our new fridge sat on our front lawn. Fail# 2 -- I did not hear anything back from RXO for a few days, then while I was working from home four days later, a box truck appeared in our driveway unannounced. No voicemail. No email. No text. By the time I answered the door, they pulled away. Fail #3 -- Now, today I finally get a hold of a representative from RXO and they have the audacity to tell me that I was not home for the delivery. To top it off, the soonest delivery date now is more that two weeks out! I can honestly say that I can never in my life have ever dealt with this level of lying, lack of communication, and flat out incompetence, in getting something delivered. read more

This company is supposed to deliver Samsung washer/dryer from Sam's club. They continually reschedule, cancel and then unscheduled appointments for delivering the appliances. Then they pick the next available date which is always at least a month out. Truly unreal. UPDATE: company reached out shortly after leaving this review and ensured ithe delivery was prioritized and completed successfully. These guys had a 4 hour window to deliver some appliances that required installation, ending at 8:00 pm. They never showed up, they never called. I waited until 9:00 pm. I had waited 6 weeks for the appliances, and they then told me I had to reschedule for a new date 3+ more weeks later. It is usually 30-45 minutes wait to get someone to answer, and then that person is clearly in a call center and is mostly unhelpful. Zero starts would be more appropriate. read more

The delivery and installation was excellent. The delivery team was very careful not to hit or scratch the walls. The only problem was the scheduling. I was suppose to receive my W/D on 1/9/25 then it was changed to 1/31/25. I made a call to customer service threatening to cancel my delivery. If I had purchased it from a local box store it would've taken only 3 days to receive it, but lg had a online sale that saved me a couple hundred. Update: I received a call almost immediately after posting my initial review. The senior associate was very apologetic and got me in touch with the local dispatch center. The local facility went out of their way to move up my delivery and got it installed right away. Now to RXO, there's a pretty clear disconnect between your customer service team and local dispatchers, but your local team in Cleveland took great care of us once they knew about the issue. read more

UPDATE: after posting this review I heard from RXO within 30 minutes. The local distribution center and their management was able to get my delivery expedited and communicated with me throughout the process to make sure I had updates. The customer service reached at the 1-800 number was not the best but the local leadership and delivery staff was phenomenal. Terrible experience. Waited all day for a delivery that was a no call no show. After hours on the phone with customer service reps I still do not have an answer as to why my item was not delivered. I'm being told it can only be delivered in another two weeks and don't expect it then either. If you are ordering an item from a company to be delivered by RXO don't hold your breath on actually receiving it. read more

If I ever have another "last mile" delivery scheduled with RXO, I will immediately cancel the order and save myself hours of wasted time and untold aggravation. I've had an awful experience getting a microwave delivered. The first day they were scheduled to deliver, they never called and never showed up. I tried to reschedule by phone, but was only able to email with CS agents who have no ability to schedule. But I was put on for a day when I would be at work, unable to change. I let them know I wouldn't be available, and could someone *PLEASE* call me to schedule a time when I'm available. The answer is no, apparently, since they *AGAIN* scheduled me for a day I need to be at work. This time, though, they assured my my stop was first and the microwave would be delivered and installed 7-7:30 a.m. They didn't show and didn't call until 8:40 a.m. to tell me they were 30 minutes away! To save myself the headache, I had them drop it off in my garage and I'll install it myself. I don't know what's going on at RXO between their call center staff and delivery/installation teams, but apparently it doesn't rhyme with communication. I paid an extra $130 to have the above-range microwave installed. RXO got off only dropping off a box. read more
