I'm so frustrated that I trusted the employees in this store to package a family heirloom. They assured me it would be packaged properly to avoid damage. The box was oversized and the packing job was amateur. Unfortunately, they have no quality assurance for someone to check the work of the individuals who pack your items. It appears they do not have special training for what they are doing. I paid extra for insurance on this item and that turns out to be a joke. I regret that I did not use UPS and add this information to warn others. read more

Listen, the world is bananapants and lots of customer service experiences have gotten unreliable. I can tell you, this location is over delivering every step of the way. I have sent them several print jobs and each one has been ready sooner than expected. When I arrive at the store, they greet me and my wait has never been egregious. Their hours of operation are updated and correct on their website, they send you an email as soon as your print job is ready. I have been waited on by Zach a number of times and he has always been pleasant and knowledgeable. I have zero complaints and will definitely continue to use them. I needed to ship a floor lamp, lamp shade and a few random items like shoes and books. I left it to - gosh, I think his name was DJ - to wrap everything up and send it on its way to me. In Michigan. I can't tell you how delighted I was that it was so well packed. My lampshade arrived without any damage. That was my biggest concern. He wasn't guaranteeing it, but promised me that he would do his best to make sure it got here OK. Can't thank this location enough for getting this delivery right. It wasn't cheap, but as much as it would've cost to buy a new lamp instead of ship it. Worth it. Very professional and trustworthy. We rely on Fed Ex to deliver my Father's medications while he is on vacation here in Bradenton visiting from CT. And they do so everutime on time or before tracking says we are to expect delivery. Thumbs up Great Job and keep up the good work. Okay so the rest of the staff were absolutely understanding and kind. Jennifer is not (the store manager). I made a print order through Canva and received the confirmation email to pick it up. It's almost a 45 min drive so my dad went to pick it up for me. Unfortunately he called it a package and Jennifer kept denying his pickup. He showed a pic of my ID, my email, my phone and she wouldn't budge on anything. He did say, "they are the family Christmas cards." So I sent my dad the confirmation email and she refused to look at it, called him a bully, saying he needed a tracking number to pick it up. So I had to drive myself to pick it up. The staff was friendly and helped me get my print order. Without asking me for an id or anything. Newsflash, Jennifer. You don't need a tracking number for a print order. I don't understand why the store manager would not think to ask my poor dad if it was a print order instead of package. Very unprofessional. It's almost like she had a vendetta against him and refused helping at all costs even if she KNEW that it was a print order. When I arrived, his picture was on the counter in an opened box. I also see other reviews complaining about Jennifer. Maybe she needs costumer service training. Hire Ben (the assistant) instead as the store manager. After an bad time with that brown company, I switched to FedEx at this site. After using their services a couple of times, I'd like to report that the staff at this store are excellent. They are fast and friendly. Today, I brought something to return and was told it had to go thru USPS. However, the gentleman behind the counter printed the label and taped the box for me. It's a great looking store, and offers computer use, fax and other services. But the staff is terrific. read more

Holy cow, this Kinko's is all over the map! Let's do a pro/con list: Pro: staff seems on the ball and pleasant. Self serve copy machines, a fax, computers to rent. Half pro/half con: free wifi, but it is so slooooooooooow, you'll swear you hear that AOL modem sound from the early 90's. Con: Oh my God, the bathroom is worse than a gas station in Mexico. It hasn't been cleaned in weeks, if not months. The layers of crud on the sink, don't even get me started on the toilet. The outside area where you get your copy on is clean and well maintained. I have 13 FedEx Offices stores in my contacts. I say this to indicate I'm at FedEx Office often and have been for several years. I've been to them all over and at different times or day or year. Surprisingly the one closest to me I've been to only a handful of times. However, they always have my order ready in time if not early. Also, they contact me. I receive tons of emails that say I'll be contacted to confirm receipt of my order (that rarely happens) and that I'll be contacted when my order is ready (which mostly happens). The Bradenton location has been consistent on both, confirming orders and letting me know when they are ready. This may not be a big deal, but if you've ever found out your order was missed or headed down to pick up something at 9 pm or later that was ready in the early afternoon, you know how appreciated this is - I'd call it attention to detail but it's an appreciation for living up to expeditions. I'm told you'll cal to confirm receipt, it's only natural I'm calling you in a few hours to confirm you got my order when I don't hear from you. read more

This office has a history of inside criminal activity. I sold a $3300 drum set and shipped to the buyer's home in Florida from Denver, CO. Turns out the buyer had actually stolen someone's identity. However, I shipped requiring a direct signature from the confirmed home address from the buyer, but the shipping was somehow re-routed to this Bradenton facility. 2 of the 3 boxes were re-routed, and the thief waltzed in to this 4401 location about 15 minutes after they arrived and stole them. This thief had hit this location multiple times before. When I contacted FedEx corporate, the told me they has just submitted docs the FBI regarding my case, but then realized that I was just calling them for the first time, and they were actually dealing with the identical issue with another victim. They had the thief on video, with still shots that were allegedly shared with employees and police, yet this same individual was able to walk in, collect packages that were insured for over $2000, flash a non-valid ID, and walk out with my merchandise even though he was a "wanted" man. I filled out police reports, fedex claims, and even spoke to the store manager who said he thought "it was an inside job", but that was a year ago and absolutely nobody, including FedEx, their insurance, nor the police, has followed up. The detective in Bradenton is useless, and FedEx has chosen to stonewall me. I called FedEx again today, and again was frustrated, so next step is going to be much more legal. Ironically, when I told my attorney friend who lives in Tampa about this, he shared that he too had some flowers that he bought re-routed and picked up in this same Bradenton facility, so maybe a fat class action will get me some satisfaction. read more

Their truck drivers are absurd, I honestly just had one back up pass my car with only a couple of inches. Are you freaking serious? What if I went to open my door and not expecting someone to come because someone is not even suppose to be beside me on this lane. Because he didn't want to walk extra or use a dolly he had to scare me with driving way to close to any vehicle. I will not be be ever using them, this isn't the first time either that they are heartless and cruel. One time my new puppy got loose out of my hands and I'm screaming for them to stop the truck and they wouldn't. They'd rather run over my dog to make good time!!! read more

There was a mixup with one of my packages. Had to send it last minute for FedEx delivery to store. Didn't realize it took 24 hours to do otherwise I would have sent it home. Would have been easier. Felt like the guy was kinda rude towards my mother and I jumping down our throats saying that the package wasn't here. His tone could have been a bit better. Not my favorite FedEx in town.
