However, I need to explain our situation to warn others they may not know when shipping packages, UPS. I needed to ship 2 packages of family heirlooms to my brother from my father's estate. I used home depot boxes and packed everything carefully with bubble wrap and padding. I insured them for what I thought was for lost, stolen, or damaged. When the boxes arrived they were demolished. They looked like they had been retaped to hold together. A few things were broken inside. I started a claim, sent pictures, even comparable replacement cost. Total $300. Figured my $6000 insurance would cover. Wrong. After going to the store twice and costumer service number twice I was still denied for these reasons. 1) they have to pack it 2) it had to be packed in their boxes (they claim Home Depot boxes are for moving not shipping) 3) My insurance was for value not damage (still doesn't make sense). 1) They DO NOT explain why they should pack and use their boxes; it's the only way they will reimbursed if damaged. 2) They DO NOT explain insurance policy and that insurance does NOT pay for damage. Please ask questions when you ship boxes cause THEY DON'T explain anything. And that's why the poor rating.

Parking is no issue as there are plenty of spots in front or to the side given its location in the shopping center. Most of my visits here have been for Amazon returns and each time I come in, they are quick to assist and friendly while doing so. Never an issue. I have also mailed a package out and again experienced zero issues and nothing but friendly assistance. I work in Franklin, so I usually save all my UPS needs for office days so I can pop by this location.

I loved being able to combine my Kohl's cash and birthday reward ($5) and got some great quality spanx, lol, showing my age! This store is also great for Amazon returns and gift shopping! Well staffed, lines move quickly!

I wasn't expecting to buy anything, but I did. It's the best part about shopping at Kohl's. I found the clearance section. I found a nib wine pourer. As someone who likes calligraphy and wine, this wine pourer was cool and perfect. It was dirt cheap at $3. This store has the best selection of Squishmallows out of all Kohl's stores in the Nashville area. I found one with a rainbow and clouds. I was debating whether I could fit in my luggage and went for it. She was adorable and different. With this visit being my final one at any Kohl's on this trip, I took in everything. If you have an electric car, there are chargers in front of the store. It was my first time seeing that at any Kohl's store. My favourite shorts were here. I didn't need any, as I practically have every colour. They are comfortable and am glad that they exist. This store had Ray-Ban sunglasses. I like that they have affordable styles, as you normally break the bank for a pair. This store will have Sephora soon. It was under construction when I was there. I like that they are a tag team at several locations across the country. If you want Sephora products without hitting a massive mall, it's perfect. I had a nice woman at the checkout. I had Kohl's cash that I used towards my purchase, along with a coupon in my Kohl's app. I saved a lot. Yay! I paid with a credit card. All went well. The woman placed my goods in a bag and wished me a good day. I reciprocated and walked out with my good. I do love my rainbow Squishmallows. She (her name is Vera) was such a great find for my collection. Although the Nashville area has a handful of Kohl's store, this one takes the cake for Squishmallows and clearance items. I had a great shopping experience and enjoyed saving quite a bit of money. (351)

Whole Foods in general are always so refreshing to be in from the condition of the store to the cleanliness, service, fresh food and of course...the hot food stations! I have popped into this location many times over the years, sometimes for full shopping experiences, other times for a quick lunch and on occasion, for an Amazon return. Each visit is fairly effortless and stress-free. The only part that can be slightly painful is parking, and getting in and out of the place...this complex is very busy! Service is always stellar whether on the floor, behind a counter or at the registers. Overall, while I am a Kroger loyalist, I make it point to swing by this Whole Foods anytime I need...or want!

I believe this makes 5x in a row so I thought I'd step up and say something. I won't go through all of them, but here is a synopsis of the last two. My nephew had a football game at Centennial High this last fall, so we went to grab a pizza from the counter (you know how high school boys can eat). It was fairly late so they had several partial pizzas available by the slice. My wife and I tried to order a pizza and were told it was too late (really!!) so we asked if they could put together a whole pizza for the slices that were being sold "by the slice." We were also told no. I was dumbfounded, they said we had to order them by the slice only. They looked like they were sitting for a bit so I thought I was doing them a favor. Not to mention, they had what looked like four employees just conversing and on their phones. This morning my elderly parents were craving pizza so even though we have had multiple negative experiences, I thought; what the hell, we haven't tried them since last fall. I called, a woman with a kind voice answered and I thought finally a positive. I apologize for not being able to find the different pizza options on your website and she transferred me to the "ready to eat" counter. Unfortunately, they weren't ready to answer the phone because after several minutes on hold we were hung up on. If this was just a one time occurrence I would be fine but this seems to be their common practice. Customer facing employees must have better customer service. I will just grab a few pizzas from another place, I don't know if this is a reflexion on Whole Foods or just that Ready to Eat crew. Either way we probably won't be back for a while.
