Their customer service is horrible. I called the company that needed the fingerprinting from me and told them of the problem and they suggested make an appointment at the Nashville site and not to go back to the Franklin, TN site.

We purchased a new home where the prior owners had not maintained their 12yo HVAC and the house had a bad smell to it. We learned the HVAC had been leaking evaporant, leading to mold growth throughout the duct work that spread across the entire house. When I called explaining the situation Nick was very knowledgeable and had seen this issue before. He explained the potential health impacts of mold and the safety and efficacy of dry fog remediation treatment. (They have a lot of cool studies you can check out on their website too.) Jason came out to perform testing and he and Nick walked through the home with us to take a look at everything. Once we had results back, they scheduled us within a week for service. What was interesting to us is that dry fog doesn't just treat the visible places where your eye can see mold growth, it seeps into the nooks and crannies throughout the house to ensure what you can't see is addressed too. The pricing for everything was very reasonable for treating the entire house. Nick also had a great recommendation to integrate a de-humidifier directly into our ductwork to keep humidity in our basement-system low moving forward. They then plan to come out for re-testing in 6mo just to ensure we're continuing to stay mold free. Nick and Jason were great to work with and helped us feel better about staying in our house long-term. Absolutely give them a call if you're having a mold issue!

Turns out we had mold growing in our HVAC from moisture around the AC coils. We first had a water restoration company come out and give us a bid for remediation because we thought insurance would cover it. Insurance wouldn't pay and we couldn't afford their price so I wen't searching for an option that wouldn't require me to replace the HVAC. A friend directed me to Claro. Said they could fog the house and kill the mold. So I called and Nick and Jason came out the next day. Their bid was 1/5th the price and they would treat the whole house, not just the HVAC. So we did it and I can't even describe how much better everyone feels. The air just feels cleaner and the AC coils look brand new. If you're dealing with mold or air quality issues, call these guys first. Seriously impressed.

However, I need to explain our situation to warn others they may not know when shipping packages, UPS. I needed to ship 2 packages of family heirlooms to my brother from my father's estate. I used home depot boxes and packed everything carefully with bubble wrap and padding. I insured them for what I thought was for lost, stolen, or damaged. When the boxes arrived they were demolished. They looked like they had been retaped to hold together. A few things were broken inside. I started a claim, sent pictures, even comparable replacement cost. Total $300. Figured my $6000 insurance would cover. Wrong. After going to the store twice and costumer service number twice I was still denied for these reasons. 1) they have to pack it 2) it had to be packed in their boxes (they claim Home Depot boxes are for moving not shipping) 3) My insurance was for value not damage (still doesn't make sense). 1) They DO NOT explain why they should pack and use their boxes; it's the only way they will reimbursed if damaged. 2) They DO NOT explain insurance policy and that insurance does NOT pay for damage. Please ask questions when you ship boxes cause THEY DON'T explain anything. And that's why the poor rating.

Parking is no issue as there are plenty of spots in front or to the side given its location in the shopping center. Most of my visits here have been for Amazon returns and each time I come in, they are quick to assist and friendly while doing so. Never an issue. I have also mailed a package out and again experienced zero issues and nothing but friendly assistance. I work in Franklin, so I usually save all my UPS needs for office days so I can pop by this location.

Some of us are busy and have real jobs and rely on information as it relates to our schedules and/or important deliveries. I called FedEx around 12:30 p.m. for an ETA and was told on the phone by the representative "it's very close and will be there before 1:00 p.m." For some reason, I deemed this information reliable and once again realigned my schedule. 2:15p.m....... nothing. I called again and was given a case number and told the facility would "call me shortly." It's now 4:25 p.m. I was never called and still have no delivery or information.
