Februrary 10th, 2016 I was there to finally get a…read morepre-purchased priority mail out after the USPS letter carrier left it at the mail pickup area at Distant Drums RV Resort two days in a row. The post master challenged me on if I had scheduled a package pickup in an attempt to transfer blame back onto me. This RV resort has had the same outgoing mail staging area for several years. I asked the post master how was I supposed to know about package pickup? Not to mention what difference does that make anyhow? The resort gets mail picked up and delivered at the same area in the office 6 days a week for Years! She did not answer my observation or question. I also asked her to make it right and either refund the shipping costs or send it overnight. All I got was a can't do it/won't do it from the post master. This package was a customer order who paid extra for 3 day priority. The post master then throws out that 3 day priority is not a guaranty. What kind of a response was that? Then why charge more money for it? If it's not a reasonable expectation then why not offer it free if you can't or won't guaranty it anyway? Perception is that you are lying, just saying. What should this Post Office do to improve my satisfaction with the "service" I received? Maybe a new Post Master that excels in customer satisfaction issues.

Called 2 different AC places for quotes to get our air ducts cleaned. The company that starts with…read morea "G" and is hard to spell, quoted us $2500, but then told us we needed other things done. Ultimately they wanted to install a new $25,000 AC unit and would clean the ducts for "free". The second company that came out, name starts with "F", and that's what they wanted to do. We didn't even let the guy finish the inspection to get a quote because he too wanted to upsell us. We then called Gesundheit. Mr. Barker gave a quote over the phone based on the number of vents in the house. Added cleaning the dryer vent for an additional $129. The two guys that came out did a great job cleaning the vents and cleaning up after the job was done. They took care to treat our home with respect as they performed their job. Said…read moreI had to pay for a $48 shipping fee to mail one item back & $18 for the other; even though the item was new and in original box as per drop-off instructions. Gave me wrong information that I had to have the original box AND the Amazon box. She kept counting the time to get off work, ("we close in 7 minutes"). Amanda said she just wanted to go home & refused to help me further. Very nasty attitude, extremely rude, unmotivated and just plain lazy left a very bad impression. And to top it off, she was dishonest on what was required to do an amazon return & trying to upsell packaging. Took the same exact items to Sedona UPS, they scanned the label and accepted the return. The whole transaction took 2 minutes in Sedona and service with a smile. In UPS Cottonwood got nothing accomplished in the 15 minutes there and had to be dumped on by Amanda's misery and rush to be off shift. The smug young male colleague inserting himself didn't help the situation. The only person trying to assist was unable to because controlling Amanda was circling around us, hovering, and interrupting. Cherry on top for bad service, Amanda yelling profanities towards me when she locked up the store. She needs to GO! Will not be using this location for my mail services or business needs.

They can help you at the counter or you can use the self kiosk in the lobby, they only have one, but it's a small space. This store can get busy at times to form a line & also a line for the kiosk. Do not trust Aireserv - read reviews and get more than one diagnosis and quote. This company is sneaky and taking advantage of elderly people.
