You need to get there before 4pm on a Friday otherwise they have to store them until late on Monday when the FedEx trucks pick up again. I can understand their frustration with space, but what did they expect when they became an authorized FedEx drop off location? The owner's wife was clearly very upset with me. 9/1/2021 Had a very…read moregood experience with this uhaul. I moved from the western side of the state of Wisconsin to Green Bay. I had to go without a home for 3.5 weeks so I have to store my stuff in 3 large containers or pods. It worked out very well. I had plenty of time to get my things loaded. Then they shipped the pods to the warehouse in DePere. After about a week when the pods were removed from my old home I could come and go to the warehouse if I needed any items in the pods. What I like about this uhaul is that everyone at the DePere location are very helpful and professional. They made it very easy the day I had to pick up my stuff and get it all loaded up onto a uhaul truck. I had a crew to help load. Then once I got to the new place I had a crew to unload. Uhaul website made it easy for me to hire out help. I was able to use the truck in the morning and easily return it later in the day. Great place! Very helpful. They couldn't get Verizon to authorize a replacement asap so I was to get a follow up. WHICH NEVER HAPPENED!!! No calls. Even worse, no reply to calls and voicemail I left. Or even reply to text messages I sent. Horrible. Mike there found I was being double billed for my iPad. But can't refund it. He "fixed it" only for my iPad service to get shut off. I was to call or text of that happened. I did both. No reply. There are numerous other Verizon issues I'm dealing with but this location started the problems and won't resolve them for me. Sad. I've been with Verizon for just a few months shy of 20 years. I'm moving to another carrier because of this crap.

The work they did was subpar, and the has been in the past as well. I just thought I would give them another shot, but I was so unnerved by that interaction with staff, I won't be returning, and I hope that girl gets out. If any of my friends were in a relationship with anyone who treated them like as gaslighty as that guy was treating her, I'd help them move out ASAP... but coming from a boss? Absolutely not. Go pick on someone else. She was extremely competent, from the couple times she was there when I was. The others... demoralized doesn't begin to cover it.
