    Very quick. Friendly staff. Even offered shipping materials for my next shipment. Easy in and out.

    UPDATE as of 2/9/2026…read more So much better! I don't see the woman with the glasses that I mentioned earlier below working over there now. She was the one and not the woman without the glasses who is very nice and thorough. There is also a man working with folding and now my opinion has changed. One bad apple can spoil the laundromat but remove the bad apple and then all is good again. I have resumed coming here. Thankful she is gone. Written 1/2026 Have been going here for about two months now using the drop-off service and have a couple of issues. I pay extra for detergent and fabric softener. Each assortment of clothing items are separated and placed in a tight plastic bag with a knot. My clothes are never soft and they never have a Gain scent which is strong. How can I open numerous bags every week after paying an average of $27 - $33 dollars including my usual $4+ tip and get this? I never asked for the blue stuff which I have no clue as to what that is but my brand-new underwear had a large blue blotch spot on the rear side and it's obvious she is not using anything I am paying for. The last draw was last weekend when I picked up my clothing, yet again, no scent once the bags were opened that evening and then the next two days. Once you open that bag, the Gain detergent and Gain Fabric Softener I paid for would smack you in the face. It's a strong fragrance! I am very upset because I went to get my beautiful heavy robe from Pottery Barn which is always ALWAYS soft after washing and drying it with just a dryer sheet and when I pulled it out, it didn't have any Gain scent NOR did it feel soft. It was so crispy and crinkly when I put it on and had static electricity. The woman there during the daytime is a thief and a liar. This has happened for two months and I'm done. Taking my business elsewhere and shame on them. By the way, no plastic bags although tied tight had scent in them either. STAY FAR AWAY unless you want to be treated like a fool. Now I'm off to find somewhere else to bring my usual 20-22 pounds of clothes I paid her to wash....oh, wait, it just occurred to me they might not even be washed!

There was only one other person there, so it wasn't like the place was busy. I guess they do so well there, they can deny people use of the machines. I guess that defeats the purpose of a laundromat. I went elsewhere and I will not go there if I'm in need laundry assistance!

    We were under a quick time frame to do a bathroom renovation due to mold. We picked out items that…read morewere in stock and could be delivered immediately. UPS brought the first order on 11/23. Both deliveries were to be delivered by 11/23. New Penn was supposed to deliver the toilet and shower/tub hardware on 11/23. No delivery and No communication. We thought Friday- the day after Thanksgiving. Nope. Not on Monday 11/28 either. No communication. I look at the tracking I had and it stated it had made it to their Trenton warehouse. I called. On hold for a long time. Finally get someone and explain this order was due LAST Wednesday. Is now a week late and if it isn't here by AM tomorrow the plumber doesn't have time to come back for 2 weeks. I'm told this is a Union Company ( Local 641). And no Union worker would be in until 5-10 PM and that they couldn't guarantee delivery tomorrow. Since it is less than a hour away we said we would drive down to get the items. She had to locate our order. She Called me back and stated they had the order but we could not pick it up until 5pm or later as a Union worker HAS to load it. We arrived at 4:30. Took the office 20 minutes to print out the paperwork. Then we are told to go wait by the ramp. We had to drive totally around the building to find the ramp. And then sat!!! Thirty minutes later I walk in and a Union worker says " sorry for the wait. He should be out shortly ". Meanwhile we are sitting in the car-it in 40. degrees. Then when they came with the forklift, my husband had to load the boxes. The guy only helped with the toilet ( too heavy for an older guy to lift by himself. A total of 3 hours and 10 minutes because Unions aren't people friendly

    We ship & receive freight from all over the US and Central has to be the worst freight company out…read morethere. Hidden fees etc. Yes they are cheap but don't be fooled. They are the only company which can't deliver to our commercial address without a special small truck. All other carriers deliver to us with 48' and 52' semi's with no problem. Not Central. They say they attempted to deliver (but the driver does let us know) and then they charge a redelivery fee when they bring it in a small straight truck!! Stay clear of this company.

I have been waiting for a delivery for a piece of equipment for my small business. I went to their website to check for a delivery status. After seeing it was going to deliver on November 21st I requested to see if I could get it or be delivered on the 22nd when there would be someone there to accept delivery. I was told it would have to deliver on the 21st. I kept a person in the shop all day to find out at lunchtime when I checked their website that it was now coming on the 22nd. I called the company to find out what changed. They informed me that it was never coming on the 21st and didn't arrive until the 21st even though I have emails to prove otherwise. The customer service rep called the terminal to give me an eta for delivery and was then told it was going to delivered first stop by where it was placed on the truck. Again by noon I called customer service and was now informed it would be delivered between 3-5. Another day wasted. 4:30 now came and I checked the website to see it was now set for 5:30-7:30 and they could not guarantee a day or a time as the do not have a delivery guarantee. I have been in business for over 39 years and have never seen customer service quite like this. I asked to speak with a customer service supervisor when I called at noon and was left on hold for over 20 min to have the rep come back on to tell me that the supervisor was to busy to talk on the phone and besides there was nothing they could do. So now 2 days wasted no delivery and still don't know when it will arrive. 30 years of getting deliveries from other LTL companies and have never experienced anything like this. If you want to ship use another more reliable customer friendly company. If you are a CF manager or executive review your customer service policies. I would love to hear from someone.

    I read reviews about this location that included some crazy things about the staff yelling at you…read moreand disrespecting women. Turns out--they were right! The man in the photographs shared on Yelp is indeed still employed by the government. He seemed used to talking back to customers and told a nice lady to "Calm down" when she got frustrated that they weren't able to accommodate a money order purchase. This man needs to be reported, but according to him, his "supervisor isn't in today". Dude needs to get a grip. Your job is inherently stressful, I get it, but NOT at the detriment to the decency and respect someone deserves to be treated with regardless.

"The East Indian gent doesn't know the basics of his job and has to call upon his coworkers to complete most functions. (He's a representative most customers try to avoid like the plague, but easier said than done.) Today this nitwit refused to send a box of books via media mail for me, though I've sent books via media mail through this post office before. He said that only "tax books" could be sent via media mail. I asked if that meant my other packages (books) were sent in error via media mail, and he then barked at me to hit the screen to "continue ... continue ... continue." Afterwards, I called the USPS customer service number on the receipt and was informed that the nitwit was a hundred-percent wrong about the media-mail procedure. My complaint has been lodged and will be forwarded to the Rt 33 Post Office, so that the nitwit can be enlightened."

    literally, the dumbest idea ever. pay 800$ to put your boxes in one large box that you have to pay…read more$230 dollars for them to bring upto your apartment (how am I supposed to transport a box that is 5 feet by 4 feet by 5 feet??) and throw away. Wasting money. Total sham. I was told 2 weeks, and I wont be getting my stuff until almost 3 weeks. I actually cannot believe I paid these people a dime. Highly unrecommended, unless you like lighting money on fire.

They went above and beyond. I JUST unpacked my crate with the paintings that prompted me to use them over a regular mover in the first place and I can't overstate how much care went into packing them. They went the extra mile. Even the guy who delivered the pallets to me in Seattle said he could tell true professionals prepared my shipment. I wish someone had written a review on Yelp! before I found them, it would have put my mind at ease but I really had nothing to worry about. They were quick. I found out I had to move across country 2 days before Thanksgiving! The guy who first took my call was polite and followed up several times to help make sure I could start moving ASAP after the holiday. Then the guys who picked up my stuff were true professionals. Watching them pack my stuff for transport to the warehouse was a thing of beauty. And they were just nice guys on top of it all. Then the guys dealing with my paperwork and the timing of my delivery were equally as nice. I had to store my stuff for a fuzzy amount of time because of problems nailing down a move-in date in Seattle. It was not a problem, even though it was the holiday. My move in date got moved up so they had to trigger my move a week or two early, and they timed it perfectly to the day! I could not move in until a Saturday, they had my stuff in Seattle by the first Monday after I was allowed in my apartment!! (They did this perfect timing miracle starting my shipment the Friday before Christmas and seeing it go across country during the New Years holiday!! They kept me in the loop. They were clear about the storage charges and even gave me a courtesy call before charging my card, even though I knew it was coming. If I ever move back east, I want these guys to take care of my move. Thank you!!!!! Thank you!!!!! Thank you!!!!!
