Your driver in a van just went flying by my house on countryside drive in Evansville. He was going way too fast in a residential area. There are a lot of kids in this area and what would happen if one of them was to accidentally dart out in the road with all the cars parked on the road. This is absolutely unexcusable. The next time I'm going to throw my beer can at the truck then I guess we will deal with it. You don't need to be going that fast. If he can't respect the driving laws then he should not be driving. I did not see him very well but I did notice that he was a relatively young white male. If I could leave zero stars and still leave a review, I would. While a note was put in my door advising an attempt was made, no audible attempt was made-no knock, no door bell ring-to deliver my package. I paid for expedited shipping of a sentimental item and to have such weak and unprofessional "attempts" made at delivering this item is infuriating. Do better. Now I'll have to go to the location to retrieve my item. Unacceptable. read more

This place is ridiculous. Friend has phone being delivered to my place- he drives a semi. Fed ex has said been delivering all week. No note left, no nothing. Other day they even called to ensure right address. Got home, no pkg. In calling tonight, they say, "oh, it needs a signature" ...WHERE was this information???? NOWHERE. Then, friend calls again... they need address to match on license ...again NOWHERE on anything does it say this....(moved earlier this year, haven't bothered yet because wasn't a big move) How difficult is it to leave a note saying they need a signature??? Could've called earlier this week...now if doesn't get resolved, pkg goes back to company....okay. problem with this all is it was Verizon that set all this up. If Fed Ex going to have all these rules it should be in CAPS to read these rules to customers to use their service. Doubt he had option, but would've chosen UPS or USPS instead. Also, again leave an F note that said you tried to deliver. Definitely going to use other companies with less hassle in future. read more

A shipping store that doesn't sell shipping supplies? Something seems off about that.

This place is pretty typical of other fedex locations. However, the employee who I spoke with warrants 5 stars. She was so friendly and helpful. I dropped off a package and I had the wrong shipping material. Instead of making me unwrap my item, buy another box, and seal it up again, she let me drop it off anyway. She showed me what the appropriate shipping box and totally understood that I didn't know what I was doing. Now I know and now they have my business for my shipping needs. The personnel there have little knowledge of the inter company rules and policies when I tried to ship golf clubs. Do not buy boxes or other merchandise unless you are 100% sure as they do not refund anything. Go use the other guys... read more
