I've worked with Jenna and the staff on several occasions and they are always kind, helpful, and professional. Sisters is up to date on the latest bridal trends and carries a wonderful variety of sample dresses and dresses to order; I love the designers they carry! I bought my dress from this boutique 8 months ago, paid it in full that same day. $1300.00!! It…read morewasnt a cheap one off of the clearance rack, it was a big sale. I then went there in March and they pinned me for my alteration (just a bustle and 1/2" on bust needed). On that day the OWNER told me to call in at the beginning of May to schedule my FINAL dress fitting, she told me the alteration would be done by then. I then called on May 5th and scheduled my FINAL DRESS FITTING for May 10th at 1:00pm. May 10th rolls around so I get in my car and head that way (an hour drive) I then get a call at 11:30 saying MY DRESS WAS OVERLOOKED FOR 2 months and they won't have the alteration done until May 24th (my wedding is June 7th). This was clearly unacceptable! How do you overlook a customers dress for TWO MONTHS!? After I made it very very clear that waiting until the 24th was unacceptable, my dress was then done by May 15th. On May 16th my mom went and picked up my dress and brought it to me. MY DRESS WAS THEN 2 SIZES TO SMALL!!!!!! Plus the bustle was halfway up my back and falling off! At this point I was livid and took my dress to a different sew shop who fixed it to fit perfectly! During this entire fiasco the OWNER WOULD NOT EVEN TAKE MY CALLS!! Also the seamstress Cindy CUT THE FABRIC out of the "alteration" she attempted to do. I would NEVER wish this boutique on my worst enemy. I would not recommend going to this boutique if you are looking for a one of a kind amazing wedding dress, unless you want to be stressed and upset 1 month before your wedding because your dress does not even fit!

Unfortunately the roses, all of them, appeared to have been frost bitten were delivered on Sat. By Sun it was clear they were inferior quality. By Mon droopy and Tues I pulled them out. Maybe they thought they could get rid of bad flowers cause the order originated from out of state. I phoned to let them know the flowers were inferior quality, did not even last till Mother's Day. I was accused of placing them near to heat or cold, maybe I did not water them. I kept them on quartz countertop. So if you're sending flowers, run fast, run far from the Flower Loft.

When i bought my new home months ago, i bought from the old owners two grandfather clocks. Always…read moredreamt of owning one... so was excited to have them. The thing is, the old owner removed the workings inside one of the clocks and i have no idea what she did to the other. I spent months trying to find someone who knew how to fix them and my lawn guy told me to call Laudick's Jewelry because and speak with Mike Litchle. I called him and on the phone he helped me get one of the clocks working, the other he had to come himself. He came by and fixed my clock and taught me how to set the clock weekly. So if you have a grandfather clock needing to be fixed... this is a place to go. Besides that, its a beautiful jewelry store. Definitely a place to buy some jewelry for a significant other or someone you love. If and when i find someone to buy some jewelry for, definitely will come here. They are supposedly planning in a few weeks a set of events first a ladies night where ladies pick out several pieces they would like their husband, boyfriend, whoever to buy them. Then weeks after, a separate event for the men tk come and buy from that list... hang out... drink and eat and have fun with other guys. That sounds so cool! At 11am I called to inquire about installation of a remote car starter that I bought myself and…read morethey said yes, we can do it, in fact bring it in today, so I set up an appointment for 1pm that same day. I dropped the vehicle and remote starter off at 12:55pm and gave them my cell phone number and they told me it would take about an hour and they would call me when its ready. After not hearing from them for 2 hours and since my home was an hour away and I was tired of just hanging out in town, I stopped back by their shop and they said they were just starting on it because they had 2 emergencies come in. What possible emergencies at an auto sound shop, I don't know, but anyhow I waited. Overall it took 3-1/2 hrs to get the 1 hour job done, but they did a good job and were friendly about it. They also charged me $50 over the quoted install price $285 total including labor, bypass module, and wiring harness, plus I bought the remote starter myself so I had a total of almost $400 in this experience, a lot more than their advertised $140 remote car starters - installed on the front of the shop. 3 stars averages out for friendly and good service, vs misleading pricing and putting 2 walk in customers in front of my scheduled appointment. I think thats a pretty fair review.
