I called around dealing with Amazon, Hub shipping and several other intermediate "Heavy and Bulk" shippers all to no avail. I had ordered a Kayak from Amazon that shipped out of Seattle, Washington. The shipment went thru so many shipping companies that I reached a dead end. The last place I dealt with was in Neenah, Wisconsin ... even though Amazon Tracking showed it was in Neenah, the agents I talked with could not locate it in their own warehouses and were no further help!! Then by pure luck on my part, I connected with Lee by phone. He listened to all the tracking problems/issues I was having. He said he would make some calls and get back to me. Within a day he had located the Kayak and within the next day Lee delivered it to my house. I never met anyone so willing to help and resourceful. Big thank you to Lee.

The process took about six weeks , but the shop is very busy. Cost is not inexpensive, My comparison was against the value of garments that I had kept and enjoyed for several decades.
