My husband and I searched a few months before agreeing to use Florida Print Solutions for two customer jobs in the fall 2018. We highly recommend them for their excellent customer service, high quality products and support of small businesses. I was treated like a valuable and important customer and this made me feel I had the right partner moving forward. They are also extremely patient and supportive, which as an artist, I highly value. Most importantly, they are a woman-owned small business and local part of our community based in St. Pete but represent all of the Tampa Bay area. I previously purchased blank invitations on sale at Target and I wanted to avoid the hassle of printing myself on my home printer. Unfortunately most printers refuse to print on these type of invitations because they want you to purchase their own card stock. (The card stock also needs to be a certain thickness for their machines to work as well, but these invitations were compatible.) I was able to email Mr. Bates templates that I liked as well as the format that I wanted. He matched the fonts that I emailed him perfectly He was able to give me a proof the very next day. As a bit of a perfectionist, I met with him three times to change my invitation wording and he was so very patient with me. I couldn't be happier with the final result. After having him print 60 invitations, 60 response cards, and 60 return envelopes, the price was around $55. That's extremely cheap for a print shop. Bates Printing has been active in St. Pete for many years and I will continue to support this local business for all my printing needs.

FedEx damages packages on purpose. Our buyer witnessed the FedEx driver deliberately dropping the box, which was very well packed, from the truck onto the pavement. A $300 table was damaged and FedEx will not reimburse us because we did not buy insurance. read more

Super easy to mail a package…read more I almost never go to the post office, but when BPB CM, Blue A., left his sunglasses in my car I had to figure out how to get them back to him. (Just know that he really liked those sunglasses or else they would have never found their way back to BPB). My sister taught me that USPS is the cheapest way to mail things. I once had to mail her glasses to LA and she got super mad at me for using UPS because it was a lot more expensive. I learned my lesson (not to do my sister any favors. JK, always use USPS and think long and hard about doing my sister any favors). I looked up closest USPS to me and it was this one. Know that the car wash is exceptionally popular so you might want to turn the street before so you don't get stuck waiting for the car wash to move like I did so I could turn into the gas station. The USPS is part of the gas station. There was nobody there other than me so I was able to walk up, put down the sunglasses and ask what is the cheapest way to mail these. The guy behind the counter was really helpful. He even gave me a sharpie to write the address on the padded envelope. For any purchases under $10 you have to use cash. For once in my life I was actually carrying cash with me! Go figure. It was nine cents over the dollar so I thought I was going to get back 91 cents. Nope! The cashier rounded down and let the nine cents slide. Thank you! I was in and out in less than five minutes. Now this is the way to send mail.
