You walk into a long line MOST of the time, they don't give you all of your mail. I have several pieces of mail that will show it's available in Informed Delivery but when I get to the Post Office to pick it up, they claim they don't have it and I will return for weeks receiving one piece of mail at a time. A few weeks ago, according to Informed Delivery, I had at least 15-20 pieces of mail and 2 packages to pick up but they only gave me ONE piece of junk mail when I reached the counter so I asked for a manager because COME ONNNN! Needless to say, the manager came out to speak with me and then went back and 5 minutes later, returned with a huge stack of mail...really?? Because why didn't they give me my mail initially? Why'd I have to ask for a manager in order to get the mail? and to top it off, as I'm driving home, I stop at a stop light right near my home and sift through the stack only to find a check that belonged to someone else I didn't know. Good thing her name was uncommon and she had a TikTok. I found her quickly and she was so grateful. I took her the mail myself because she was closer to me at the time than the post office was and had I returned it to them she likely would've never gotten it. We are waiting for important mail once again and NOTHING when we go to the post office. This is absolutely insane!!! Hopefully if someone receives my mail they will return the favor. Pay it forward because we all need to look out for one another in this situation. I hope this is resolved soon. But even through it all, the staff here are all extremely polite and friendly and always remain professional in my experience.
