I hate FedEx, never had a good experience with them. From careless service to handling items with disregard- you can always count on this company to disappoint you. Today a delivery was scheduled to my home for my birth certificate, I've been home all day waiting for this package. All the sudden I walk past my kitchen window to see a FedEx truck pulling away from my house with a note on the door saying "looks like we missed you". No, nobody was missed. The driver didn't care to knock or ring the doorbell. There's two cars in the driveway - obviously someone is home. Now I have to call out of work to wait for this package at the facility this evening because my passport appointment is tomorrow morning. Fedex you suck and I hate you. read more

I don't understand all the bad reviews here, this is a drop Center not the place you rate FedEx as a whole. If you're complaining about FedEx dropping something off at your house, this is not the place to leave your review. That said, I stopped in today fully expecting to have to drive all the way to the Henrietta ship and office Center because I didn't have packing tape to tape my packaging closed. Not only did they have tape, but I didn't have to buy it just to ship four packages out of here; they let me use their tape to close my four packages because it's not like I was trying to pack boxes for storage! Saved me an hour round trip not having to drive to Henrietta and got my packages sent out in less than 30 minutes including the drive from hope. All while joking with me and a smile on their masked faces. Keep up the great work, guys! read more

I used this Fed Ex center to ship Spectrum equipment back to Spectrum. I went about 8:30 Thursday morning, it is right off the expressway, easy parking, no line, courteous lady who even gave me a receipt for shipping my modem back to Spectrum. All I really did was drop off a package with a prepaid slip, but it could not have been easier, I was in and out of there I think in less than a minute. It was much easier than going to Spectrum on Mt. Hope and waiting over an hour to drop of their equipment. Will be back if need Fed Ex again. read more

Nothing is more frustrating than waiting for a package that does not come. I was expecting a delivery on 10/26. Shipping info, tacking info all showed to be delivered. At 7 at night, no package. Looked at the tracking info and FedEx claimed they tried to deliver it at 3:30 that afternoon. I call BS. I was home all day, waiting for this package. No delivery, no door bell, no knock, nothing. The driver flat out lied about attempting to deliver it. Have you ever tried to talk with someone about packages not being delivered? Its nearly impossible to get through the phone system, and once you do, they know nothing. This is why I hate Fed EX. I would never use them, unfortunately, I the business I used does. read more

Poor costumer service worst experience ever I paid for express shipping it's now taken 3 weeks to receive my package

deliveries to our home originate from this location, we've had so much frustration with getting notifications of a delivery on a certain day, and then nothing happens...sometimes later you'll see they "attempted" delvery, but we were absolutely at the house and NEVER saw a truck...and as another reviewer stated, it is nearly impossible to talk to a human (at least on this continent). We've seen non-delivery updates noting weather issues on a clear sunny day. Very frustrating when you change plans for the day in order to be available, then nothing happens. I've attributed some of the issues to (most likely) poor tracking systems...which is NOT the driver's fault, but poor systems make everyone's jobs harder, so that's when people start cutting corners...like today, when the driver chose not to drive up our shared driveway today, to deliver our package (which weighed 60lbs), but plopped it on the side of the road next to our mailbox...they also left a package for our neighbor, whose house is visible from the mailbox, but is about 120ft from the road. Our house is about 350ft from the mailbox. There was some snow at the end where the ground is flat/even, but the driveway was clear of all snow about 50 ft from the road. I think the driver didn't even make a slight effort to deliver. I picked up both boxes and made the delivery to our neighbor. If this was a rare occurrence, I would have never said anything, anyone can have a hard day, but when we're subjected to so much frustration, and there is no way to report it or any sense anyone even cares, then I can do 2 things. 1. Share the experience. 2. Specifically ask companies to NOT use FedEx. Fortunately, several companies have complied with my request, but not all can provide that option...but if enough people ask, who knows. I've had a business relationship in the past with FedEx...they used to be the ones to beat....from where I'm sitting, not much anymore. I feel bad for their employees. read more

Will aviod FedEx like the plague from now on, prior to this is was my favorite way to ship, and return.... Their customer service is horrible both in person and on the phone, they seem to have LOST a package that was the size of a stroller and weighed 40 pounds! How can you miss something that size! NO ONE knows where it is, what is happening, and clearly nor do they care that I am out $500 dollars on an item I reutrned according to everyone's specifics! I get run-arounds from people that can't speak english, I am done! Too bad for FedEx that the company I work for will now switch to UPS for all it's shipping and trust me, we ship a lot! Working in Buffalo and living in Rochester, almost every time I get anything through FedEx it requires me picking it up here. They are always very helpful and pleasant. I have them hold anything that gets delivered to me because I drive right past this place on my commute home, but if I don't have them hold it is still out on the truck. The main reason for the 5 stars happened about 2 years ago. My girlfriend (at the time) had bought tickets to the opening night of Book of Mormon an we were excited to go. The tickets were slated to be delivered the day of the show. Neither of us would have been home when the driver would have come and they needed to be signed for. I looked at the online tracking and it said they were at this location and scheduled to be delivered tomorrow (the day of the show). I was a little upset because I knew I wouldn't be home to get them and they wouldn't be at the facility until around 7pm which didn't leave time to pick them up and get to the show. So I drove out the facility with my tracking number and a good attitude. I asked the lady working that evening if there was any way she could go look for the package. She initially told me there was no way she would be able to find it but after explaining the situation she said "I will give it a shot." About 25 minutes later she came back with the envelope and refused to take my offering of a very generous tip for helping me out. She just smiled and said "I would hate to have you miss the show." read more

I had a horrible experience here. I was on vacation when they tried to deliver a package to my house. They left me a message that I had to pick it up before Wednesday or they would ship it back to the sender (I guess having a box there was really cramping their style). I got back from vacation and went straight there on Tuesday. They told me it had already been processed, and they couldn't give it to me. A total waste of time, and two weeks later, I'm still waiting to get my package back. read more

I had a package that was being delivered by Fedex to my house . My wife took the day off of work to be home to sign for the package . She saw the Fedex driver pull into the driveway , walked to the door & by the time she opened the door , the driver was driving away from our house . The driver then called & told my wife that she wouldn't deliver the package because our dog was outside . (in the back yard, with his leash & collar on attached to a runner , that doesn't come anywhere near the front door ) She then said that she would be back the next day between 9:00 & 5:00 , & if the dog was outside , that she would not stop ... Total crap attitude from this P.O.S. driver !! I'll give the USPS my business from now on !! read more

I'd prefer to not give even one star! FedEx is beyond a doubt the most careless, uncaring company I've ever dealt with. I was waiting for a shipment of food. The FedEx driver drove past my house. I called FedEx and asked where my delivery was and I was told it had been delivered to my front door. I told them, if it had been delivered, I would not be calling. About a hour later a neighbor, five houses down from me, brought me my delivery -- opened! She did not take the time to read the label. About another hour later, the FedEx driver came to my house and said, "Didn't I deliver to you?" I told him my neighbor brought it to me and then he said to me, "I thought it said 50." If he thought it said fifty he would have known he did not deliver it to me! I told him they both needed to learn how to read. I WILL NOT deal with any company who ships FedEx. read more

I have dropped off and picked up at this location even though it is the farthest from my home and work and I can't say enough about how every person there really cares about the customer and superior service. I have had ice packed salmon shipped from Alaska and on a Saturday night of a holiday weekend there was someone there to locate the package and meet me with it! Recently, with only the indication that our business was expediting a critical payment check, the service agent confirmed it had arrived for a Monday delivery. Although it was scheduled to be sorted until then and we had called on Saturday morning, knowing our interest, they took it upon themselves to locate it and call us back making it available for immediate pickup!!! It really is awesome to do business with individuals who care so much and an organization which encourages great service throughout their company.
