Caught by the cams. A delivery I was waiting on desperately never made it to my door. Driver pulled up for a half minute, then left. Note on my tracking said nobody home or business closed. There is always someone home at my house, all of us can't fit in the car together. I have cameras everywhere around my house, watched with three cams as driver never got out of the truck. Unless he has 40 foot long arms to knock, someone is full of it. Cameras don't lie. Btw I lost the job I was working on, couldn't have proto to show next morning. Had two packages to be delivered by fedex but scheduled different dates. One was to arrive on September 19,2021 and the other one Is September 23,2021. So I'm home waiting on them today and yes I got a package but that package has different dates and the one that stated today's date is what the goofy driver scanned as being delivered but was never left at my door but the item that was supposed to arrive on sept 23 was but yet that one is still saying it's in California and the driver says she left the item at my door that she didn't I have never had this problem before when the driver Janell be driving. Just shows who pays close attention to details and who don't. FEDEX IN THE FUTURE PLEASE KEEP GOOFY OUT OF OUR AREA making these types of mistakes with customers property that there trusting you with. And make sure my s$*% makes it back to my door! This is not specifically directed toward their local office, just FedEx in general Used to love Fedex, in fact had a delivery business and used to help them out but now... ugh! First, a driver could not find me, I am on maps, any GPS I know of, have numbers on mailbox in huge letters, on door and a post in front. Nobody else ever had problems delivering here and I get a LOT of deliveries. Second, bought a high-end TV, was told by shipping store (yes, a legitimate store) to have the driver wait a minute while I cut it open to make sure there was no damage. I told the driver this and he walked away telling me he wouldn't wait. Most recently... when I bought the TV above, signed up for their delivery manager in case I wasn't going to be here or had to change the delivery address... BIG MISTAKE!!! they bombard you with emails, not always accurate but the worst part is trying to cancel your subscription there. There is no way from inside your account (this should be illegal if it isn't already), so you have to call. I called and only after going through a lot of hoops was told I'd have to call back another time. I left my number for them to supposedly call back but they never did. So I also emailed them and did get a response 2 days later but it again said I would have to call, which I did again. After giving the lady some info from my account she said she didn't have the authority to close it and it would have to go to someone else. Finally I got an email saying they have closed the account. It always makes me very suspicious when you sign up somewhere online and can't cancel your signup from inside your account and also makes me wonder what the Hell they might be doing with my personal info. In future I will avoid FedEx and if I buy from someone I know ships with them I'll be happy to pay for them to ship UPS instead. read more
