After my husband brought them home, I discovered they had been made with water instead of milk. I called over to the location and Bridgette answered the phone. IMMEDIATELY after I explained the situation, she apologized profusely and asked me to please come back so she could refund me or make me new drinks, free of charge. I explained that I was unable to return due to going to work and she quickly responded letting me know it was okay, they would make it right if we could return within a couple days. She said they would make us new drinks or give us a refund and she would make note of it at the register. Apologized again and was so polite and cheery the entire time. The next day, we returned and Bridgette greeted me at the register. She remembered me and apologized, yet again, and then took our new drink orders and upsized them to a venti, on Starbucks. I cannot explain how overwhelmed I was with the kindness of Bridgette during the entire situation. It almost brought a tear to my eye. The world we are living in is so evil, and she was so kind. I was apprehensive to even call and complain because I was afraid of getting another lackadaisical manager. It is extremely hard to find employees like Bridgette. You are very lucky to have her at your establishment.
