FedEx hires thieves! I left my husband in charge of handing over a return package, he forgot to put the return label on, instead of refusing the package, and leaving it with us or asking where the return label was, he took our huge completely noticeable package (which is a 2 door 3.1 cu ft mini fridge) then reported that he never picked it up!!!!!! So now not only was my fridge stolen, I can no longer get my refund! You can't trust FedEx, they are dishonest, thieves, who will take the opportunity if they see it! Fedex delivered a package to my door that was not mine. I tried to call them to come back and get it and it is virtually impossible to get a real human being on the phone. Completely frustrating experience. I should not have to go to all that work for something that is not mine. I was just trying to return it so the person to whom it belongs can get it. These are the most delayed and inefficient service for parcel shipping, supposedly my package should arrive on June 3 or 4, just on June 7 they sent me the first delivery notification for the same day, but they did not leave me the package, then next day the same thing happened and the next day and so on for 5 days until today, the package has been on the truck for the last 5 days during this week, I have spoken to customer service yesterday and today for the 2nd time, also I asked to talk with the manager, they told me that it is impossible to send a message to the truck driver (we are in century 21st with all the technology and they said that there is no way to communicate with the driver who delivers the packages to teach him how to leave a package in the building's security lockers. They keep posting delivery exception (customer not available or business closed) . Here in the apartment complex where I live there is security lockers available to deliver parcels, they don't have to even knock doors and I can see every day guys from different carrier leaving parcels there, but I don't know why for Fedex that is sooo dificult. I ordered a package through UPS on Monday and it arrived yesterday without any problem. Fedex service is the worst. read more

Wish I could give them 0 stars, or negative stars! FedEx Ground through this hub in North Salt Lake is the absolute worst! They're the Bermuda Triangle of FedEx Ground!!! My package was shipped via Home Delivery and scheduled to be delivered on a Sunday (Dec 11, 2022). It arrived at the NSL hub the day prior at 2:30 pm, so I thought to myself, it should be delivered on-time then. False! It wasn't delivered on-time. It wasn't delivered on Sunday or the following Monday, or Tuesday. I called customer service and they were no help. I tried calling the hub directly, but no phone number exists. Since the package required signature to deliver, I had them re-route to FedEx Office nearby (literally 3 miles away), and the label was supposedly created that Tuesday, but it never made it onto a truck. Customer service said it would ship out on Wednesday, then Thursday.....to no avail, they were all wrong. Customer service even told me on the phone that they had spoken with the manager at the hub named Kaitlyn, and they informed me that the package was ready to be picked up at the hub directly. I drove out to get it, but of course, Kaitlyn said the package had been re-directed to a local pickup Office (the one where I asked it to be sent). Only, it wasn't there!!! In the end, a whole week after it had arrived in NSL, FedEx informs me that the package is lost!!! And there were some very important security products in the shipment totaling over $1,500 in value!!! The vendor has re-issued another shipment, this time via UPS 2nd-Day Air, and it's due to arrive tomorrow so I can lock our house. I've lost employment hours, revenue, business clients and so forth because of FedEx!!! I'm sending them a bill for all damages!!! read more

I would give zero stars if possible. I have to call on EVERY package sent via FedEx. I have given directions and GPS coordinates but the drivers still can't seem to find me. Overnight packages take a week and have to be delivered to a hold location. They update the app to say packages have been delivered when they have not. FedEx needs to clean house a this location. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had with FedEx and they don't seem to care. read more

FedEx used to be good. But, now they're absolute crap! Every week I get a FedEx package (some ground, some air). Ground always takes 2-3 days to get from North Salt Lake to Salt Lake (go figure). Air shipments are left at my neighbor's address. A recent shipment (due last Friday) has now moved from N. Salt Lake to Salt Lake and back every day since last week and won't even be delivered until this Friday (10 day transit). Their customer service is just a middle man (most of the time off-shored) and their stations (this one in particular) is really the epitome of a joke and zero information. When they fail to deliver one day, their website just rolls to the next day and you're hopeful it's actually going to happen. Save the stress, send it UPS next time - they're both pricey but at least UPS has a quality operation with some solid customer service. read more

FedEx is garbage and they treat your packages the same way. I receive a large number of shipments from various couriers and FedEx is by far the worst. Their tracking is so useless and inaccurate they might as well not even bother. They miss their scheduled ship dates more often than not. The last time I received something from FedEx, they didn't even deliver it to my house, but rather threw it over the fence into the community pool two blocks away (fortunately, a neighbor saw them do it and notified me). If you want something shipped right, go with UPS. Their tracking is accurate, they typically arrive on time, and they never chuck your electronics over the seven-foot fence at the community pool. read more

Horrible! The driver lied and said my package was undeliverable, business was closed! I live in a house and I was home all day! When I called them they said I had to wait 3 days now to receive my package, I lodged a complaint and they said they would call and try and get me my package, ALLL LIES!!!! no one ever called me no package ever came and it was POOL SALT! Seriously why would it require I be home in the first place! UPS and USPS would have never done this! This is the second time Fedex driver from this facility has lied and said they couldn't deliver a package when I was home waiting for it! FedEx SUCKS! read more

Oh heaven forbid the package get to the destination EARLY. If only other shippers knew about your bullshit policy they might pick another company to use.
