I've used the developing and scanning services for bnw and colored film. What's interesting is that…read morethis store, unlike other labs I've been to, did not cut my film to fit into A4 sleeves so that I can conveniently store them away. Instead, they use long thin plastic and insert the entire film roll in there (see photos for example). I find this slightly inconvenient, as I will have to cut the film myself and put them in my own film sleeves. I can also tell that the scans are sloppily done. A lot of the scans are not positioned correctly, and I can often see the edges of other photos in the scans (see photos for example).

They completed the job with high quality and ahead of schedule. We now get complements on my son's decked out helmet everywhere we go! It wasn't too busy, just myself and two other customers. There was a man and a woman working (same gentleman I've interacted with the last few times I went). He warmly greeted me and then apologized since they had a power outage in the morning so the systems were running a little slow. While we were waiting he noticed the guest behind me and helped direct him on where to place the package he was sending. He also assisted his coworker (not that she needed it, per say, but it helped keep things running smoothly). After that the computer was ready and he scanned my package. He was very efficient and made sure that he was using his time wisely. I also observed the woman helping the other customer while I was waiting, and she was very detail-oriented and professional with him. While I was leaving, the gentleman gave me a friendly goodbye which felt very genuine, and I left the store actually feeling better and had my day brightened up. Can't say that about many places these days, so big thanks to them for being so great!

Not only were the two guys inside immediately interested in my dog, but one of them pulled out a bag of treats and asked if they were "too big" or could he give my dog one. I was pleasantly surprised. She can be a barker if she doesn't like someone (or just walk backward suspiciously), but she was totally quiet besides putting two paws on the counter to spy on the employees. My dog demolished that treat so fast that I don't even think she bothered chewing it. I didn't catch either guy's name, but he was about average height with a short cut. Super nice. I REALLY appreciate that they were so nice to my four-legged, unemployed BFF. I feel like I'm going to have a tough time with her thinking we should go to the UPS Store every time we walk by now. Will never, ever be using again. Had very expensive tickets express shipped on Tuesday for a weekend game. Took Thursday off to receive delivery - nobody knocked, rang the doorbell, or otherwise tried to contact me. Got a notice on mailbox that no one was here to receive delivery. Complete lie. Had to take Friday off as well, AND THE EXACT SAME THING HAPPENED! Just called and the customer service was friendly enough, but got no guarantee my tickets would be delivered on time. Pathetic. Will be suing for full price of nonrefundable tickets. read more

So much for a peaceful, do very little Sunday. This has never happened to me before but my modem…read morewent out. Arghhh!! No WiFi is a terrible thing, it's like being deprived of sweets or beer. I started to get anxious and snarky - it was WiFi withdrawal, I felt a cold sweat come over me. After all of the trouble shooting and talking to Comcast, that was the conclusion so after a trip to Costco and BestBuy, we ended up at Office Max. While looking at the Modems and reading about each option, an employee approached us and offered assistance. He then gave several suggestions and after landing on a particular make and model - he honored a price match on Amazon!! It was a done deal and he even checked us out. Now that folks is called total customer service!! Hooray - problem solved!! Not really, I eventually had to purchase a new router later in the day - but that'll be for my BestBuy review. The service was so much better at OfficeMax.
