    Our hero Eric!!

    Two FedEx heroes - Eric Haguel and Brian Mahoney recently saved our family vacation by working after hours to deliver an overnight package containing a passport for an early morning flight the next day. The vacation was our first one since before COVID and was a celebration of two graduations...we will never forget what they did for us!! True empathy and an unwaverable commitment to customer service brought tears to our eyes as they found a way to deliver the package to us in time!! Thank you - we will never forget it!! Sooo very thankful!! The McDevitt Family

    This is my update... Dec 10 they received my package. I am 3 hours away and today is December 24th. Called and no help.

    My packages are always delivered 1 or 2 days late & never delivered on the date originally stated. Very poor shipping/delivery service

Each staff member we have spoken with has been nothing but professional and enjoyable, and have gone above and beyond giving us temporary space while waiting for more permanent options to come available (we have 3 different spaces rented in total). It really is incredible how helpful everyone has been each time we have called. We have units at the Burnett and Turners locations; and they are clean, safe, and convenient. Wouldn't use or recommend any other storage company- period. Special shout out to Lucas for really helping us out and taking care of us when we needed storage for a vehicle and trailer! We are graIf you're in the market for storage space, All Secure Self Storage truly is the best option.

    This place is everything but "All Secure". My RV was broken into within two weeks of storing it…read morethere, and I was one of several. Nearly a week after the break-in, I asked to see the video surveillance footage and was told by the manager that no one had time to look at it yet as they were "short staffed". One would think that if multiple customers had been broken into, management would make it a priority to figure out what happened. The manager told me she would call me as soon as they reviewed the video. That call never came. I later found out from the South Bend police that the footage was too grainy to see anything... Not surprising as the nearest camera is on the opposite end of the lot where a person looks like a single pixel. Management gave no apology, showed no sympathy, and even had an attitude over the phone when I expressed frustration about the video footage. Cameras aside, the physical location of this lot is sketchy; the back of the lot is right off the highway and completely out of sight with a short fence which anyone could jump. I should have known this was a terrible place as I found USED CONDOMS and beer bottles strewn about the grounds around my RV. Luckily, all the thieves were able to take was a cheap TV, but they caused $1,000 in body damage to get in. I have since moved the RV to storage elsewhere. I recommend you do the same.

It's taken me three years just to shed all that and be able to write this review. If I can save just one person from having to go through they pain that we did, it was well worth my time to write this. The movers were unprofessional and showed up late on both ends of the move. They were unprepared and didn't have enough packing supplies, forcing us to use our own blankets to protect our belongings. The packing process itself was incredibly slow, taking 19 hours to pack our small 890 sq. ft. apartment. They didn't finish until 3:28 AM, and the foreman ended up just picking a random cubic foot value for our belongings because he was tired and didn't want to calculate it properly. We had no other options because we were flying across the country the next day for our move, and I really felt cornered. This is a tactic they likely use with many of their customers, and you can see from the other reviews this isn't an isolated incident. Communication was nonexistent. We were only provided with a basic inventory list that didn't cover all of our items, and the driver informed us that our belongings were in storage in California. We were missing over $11,500 worth of items, including valuable electronics, irreplaceable family heirlooms, and my wife's entire wardrobe. The loss of these items has caused immense emotional distress and financial strain. To make matters worse, the company was unresponsive and unhelpful throughout the entire claims process. They offered us an insulting $156 settlement for our devastating losses, which we refused. It's been over a year, and we still haven't received any compensation for our losses. Thank God we had renter's insurance that covered the loss. Please, please, please make sure you keep your renter's insurance until you're all settled and can confirm that nothing has been lost, damaged, or completely neglected. I strongly advise anyone considering Rapid Van Lines to look elsewhere. Do your research, read reviews, and don't skimp on price because what you'll end up with is a company like this.Their incompetence, lack of professionalism, and blatant disregard for their customers' belongings make them an unreliable and untrustworthy choice for any move. Save yourself the stress, heartache, and potential for significant loss - choose a different moving company.

    STAY AWAY! READ THE FINAL COURT JUDGEMENT!…read more The Company picked up our belongings and charged me based on a 1,050 cu.ft. load at the pick-up location. I accepted the terms at that point as it was impossible to actually confirm the load and I relied on the Company's estimates: - I was reviewing, checking the count, inspecting the pick-up and disassembling process of our items (not all of them should have been taken) in our apartments on the 7th floor while the Company's movers put them into the truck; - Upon completion they showed me the truck and claimed that my load took 1,050 cu.ft. However, it was hard to check the accuracy since the truck was fully loaded and the load was not organized properly (from the floor to the ceiling). When we received our belongings it appeared that the actual load was only 450 cu.ft. if properly organized. Also, the Company didn't deliver assembling services at our drop-off destination which were promised at our pick-up location. The Company was not responsive to my claims, so I ended up going to court and won the court case. However, it is still a challenge to return the money (approx. $4,000) from the Company... As such, think twice before using their services!
