No carts, no one to assist with large packages. The clerk was very helpful otherwise.

I had a package that required direct signature. Typically I am able to reroute it to a local FedEx store near me. For some reason this package could not be redirected. Well...I work during the day when FedEx tried delivering. Instead of someone intelligent rerouting it automatically to the nearest FedEx store, they brought it 13 miles back to South Holland center. A bit hard for me to get there during the week, especially with I-80 traffic. After 3 attempts I received a phone call from Melva at the shipping center. Oh my gosh, what an utter....you get the picture. She leaves a voicemail, "we have your package at the South Holland Ship center, you need to sign for it and the driver tried you 3 times. Come get it today or I'm sending it back to the shipper." FYI she called at 6:30pm. They close at 8, I'm 45 minutes away. I can't just drop what I'm doing to come get it immediately. This lady thinks she's privileged and that you're being a nuisance to her. FedEx really needs to improve their customer service at this ship center! Look at all the negative reviews! There are so many other capable human beings that need a job, maybe you should replace Melva with one of those humans. Or better yet, don't put an utter....you know, as someone who calls recipients about a package. read more

How can you have a job that requires you to deliver packages but you get an attitude when someone asks you to deliver your package and not leave it in a spot where anyone can pick it up and walk off with it? Are they being paid to do the job, or are they just doing free community work? read more

Attitudes! They always claim the shipper requests package be delivered to additional addresses(I don't live at Walgreens). Even packages from my place of employ(no delivery instructions to deliver to drop-off) are sent to Walgreens. The attitudes you get when you speak with an actual person is uncalled for. I work in customer service and deal with these guys on the other end and can say they are no better whether you are the customer or the actual shipper. This facility needs to be looked into with many of the same complaints. read more

TWICE I have had packages needing a signature. People were at the home to do so and both times FedEx said no one was home. They didn't even ring the bell. If I wanted to travel several cities over to get them myself I would have done so. Apparently the driver just does not want to actually work and this is a repeated offense or the Norma behavior of FedEx drivers. Poor customer service. I had to drive to this shipping center. The only reason I feel my package wasn't stolen by this delivery driver is that the nice woman at the counter was diligent enough to keep putting calls in to me. It was I who kept calling in to fed ex because the delivery driver kept putting in reasons she couldn't deliver my package. First, the address was invalid even though it has been a house here since the '60s! Then she said there was a caution sign on my road saying there was black ice. I will have to say this is the absolute worst experience I've ever had with FED-EX and don't ever want to use them again!!! I would not recommend that driver! As far as the rest of them, they are doing a great job. But until this situation is rectified, I can not and will not change this review!!! read more

DIRTY BUMS that work here! They try and steal packages! Was told I could come pickup my package and when I arrived ghey wouldnt give it to me which was shocking cause UPS doesnt do that. Worse customer service I've ever had to deal with. They have 1 number for any & everything. Also A.I is dominant and useless. Oh and get this, by the time you actually get a live agent, boom, your speaking with a lyin' asshole from the Philippines who could care less about your issues. I was waiting for a certified check via FedEx Next Day from Des Plaines IL to Frankfort IL, (approximate 55 miles). Check went out 5/2/19--was sent to Nashville, TN on 5/3/19. By the time it finally made it back to the Land of Lincoln, they managed to deliver it to the wrong address twice. Finally got it yesterday. If I could give these morons a 1/2 Star I would. Idiots from top to bottom. This must be where people work whose relatives couldn't get them government jobs. read more

This FedEx is full of thieves I don't receive any important mail or packages and when your tracking them they just say deliverd and I got cameras ring door bells and my credit cards has been used! Wow not once but several times for mounts the delivers there suck! read more

FedEx is extremely inconvenient. I like in an apartment and have a very important delivery that was to be delivered "FRIDAY BETWEEN 10:30a-12:30p. I stayed home for this delivery. Nothing. Then I try and track my package and THAT information tells me it will be delivered SATURDAY BEFORE 12:30p. OKAY. So the package needs a signature to be received so I stay home both days. For the better part of the day. Never comes. Then today, SUNDAY, I get a text that at 3:36p FRIDAY they attempted a delivery but no one was home. I had a damn note on my APT door saying, "FEDEX-- please knock loud. I am home." Such BS!!! I also try calling a store to see if I can just pick it up, but all the employee did was connect me to an automated system that ultimately hung up on me!!! I'm so annoyed with this whole process and will avoid FedEx at all costs. You'd think suck a big company would be able to tell you with A TAD MORE ACCURACY!! WHEN you can truly expect your package. Once upon a time there was a very safe condo building in a very safe town. A busy lady lived there and she loved getting her packages from UPS, they would leave them for the busy lady. But one day the big bad FedEx came with her package instead. And they didn't leave it but a note instead. Boo! Hiss! So the busy lady called FedEx, she was very excited and she worked out a deal where FedEx would also just leave her packages. The End? Nope. After a couple of years the nice FedEx decided to return to being the big bad FedEx and left notes instead causing the busy lady to have to drive 35 minutes to get her package. And they thought it was so fun, they did it two days in a row. On the second day, they left one package and brought the other one back here. Not fun, thought the busy lady. Not fun at all. The End of the busy lady being nice. Now when she talks about FedEx she uses bad words that should never be in a Fairy Tale. Morale of the story - Do not use the big bad FedEx. The end read more

I work at home and shop Amazon like a fool, so I get A LOT of stuff shipped to my house. I get stuff delivered by every shipping company.....USPS, UPS and our good friends at Fed Ex. I have a house with a covered porch.......nice because the bad guys really gotta make an effort to steal a package from me. All of my Shippers faithfully place my items in that covered porch except one......GUESS WHO???? Guess who still doesn't bother even AFTER I write a nice note & post it on the door asking them to? I went here to ship a package to a location in Texas. The person at the counter couldn't have been more rude and unhelpful. She acted as if it was her extreme inconvenience to do her job. She attempted to complete the shipment 4 times and complained each time only to have the same result which was a system error saying it could not be completed. Well I read all the negative reviews and I can honestly say I didn't experience any of what the not do happy customers experienced. As a matter of fact the services I received was phenomenal the rep very, very pleasant; she got me in/out in no time. I had to call the 800 # to get the routing # for my package and the rep that answered the phone I swear he sounded like he had been oiling it up all night long.
