The Seitan Turkey, vegan provolone, cilantro walnut pesto, tomato, lettuce, and mayo on multigrain bread came together beautifully. The bread was soft but nicely toasted, and every bite was and satisfying. The matcha was smooth, earthy, and delicious one of the best I've had in Gainesville. Parking is not a…read moreproblem as there is street parking and a small grass lot nearby, and there is seating inside as well. The baristas were very helpful and kind, and service was quick. My problem lies in the coffee, which was just not great. I got a mocha latte, and it tasted very bitter, like maybe the coffee was burnt. I wanted to like it more but unfortunately I would not get the coffee again. They have lots of delicious-looking pastries though and I'd be back to try one of those!
