My partner had a noticeably better experience--his therapist was very communicative and provided thoughtful touches like a cool eye wrap. Unfortunately, I did not receive the same level of service, despite being in the same room, which made the experience feel inconsistent. First, their receptionists are customer service experts. They listen, genuinely care and matched me to the perfect stylist, Eva. Janice and Vicki, I think you are rockstars and deserve bonuses. Totally made me feel welcome and special. Second, the salon is clean, chic and has a great vibe. The 14 women working there work really well together. At some places you can pick up on the cattiness. I called before I went in since it was early Saturday afternoon and usually shops are very busy. Considering the service that I received I am surprised it was not busy. I know that there are numerous salons in the area that have the "fancy" atmosphere at similar if not more expensive prices, I prefer a more local and personal experience compared to the appearance of such. The shop was clean, my nail technician he was extremely nice on the phone and also while completing my service (I love pleasant energy that makes me smile/ laugh and he certainly did that). I felt like I had the attention and time spent to provide me with great spa pedicure; at many of the other salons depending on the number of clients it can determine how much time and care is given to you. I appreciated the reminder that I was there to relax while getting some self care and honestly that was also what the atmosphere was giving. I don't live too far in the Pike Creek area and I think this may be my new go to spot. I would certainly recommend trying!
