I was definitely nervous to come to a new dental practice but so many of my colleagues had recommended River Run so I gave it a try and was immediately impressed. I've only been here for my dental cleanings and standard x-rays, so I can't speak to the quality of care for any more involved procedures, however, I have been so comfortable at both of my dental cleanings here. The comfort menu is definitely a comfort indeed - they have blankets, neck pillows, essential, oils, lip balm, and the patient chairs have a massaging feature. I've only opted for the essential oils and lip balm before, but they certainly help with the comfort during the dental cleanings. Most importantly the dental hygienists who have treated me here have been so kind and gentle with my treatment. Today I saw Betty and I unfortunately can't remember the name of who I saw last time, but both of them were wonderful. I have generally always had sensitive gums and dental cleanings are typically uncomfortable for me, but the dental hygienists here have done everything to ensure the most comfort for me and have been careful not to rush my cleanings. These 5 stars go to them! The visit from the dentist both visits was pretty brief which is pretty standard.
