He offered several options which included differing costs and did not push me to choose which plan. He explained the pros and cons of each one. I experienced minimal pain and greatly appreciated their approach to prepping for treatment to keep the procedure as safe as possible. This included a special mouthwash and antibiotic to make sure I didn't get any type of infection. The office staff was spot-on too from check in to check out and coordination of follow-up visits. I can't recommend Dr. Cyr and his staff enough!

After getting my first real job and getting the benefits and funds to (finally) take care of myself. The one thing I wanted to get done ASAP was removing my wisdom teeth. All 4 of mine had grown in, luckily straight up, and didn't cause me to get them out sooner than expected. I was referred to this location and from what I remember, was an easy process. I made the appointment, went to it and told them what I wanted. They gave me the process/plan/billing of what it would be to get that procedure done. I remember meeting Dr. Harris and just saying "Please get these extra teeth out of my mouth. I have too many and I want them out!" haha. The front desk staffs were super friendly and helpful with any questions that I may have had. Day of surgery: My boyfriend (now hubby) was the driver who got me there and home after the surgery. When I got there, I signed my forms, and was brought to the back. They gave me some medicine that knocked me out and then woke me up when it was all over. I seriously thought it was maybe 30 mins or an hour. My husband still to this day told me that it was no more than 10-15 mins. He said he was just getting cozy on the waiting chair and just got mid-page of an article until they call him back to come "Pick me up". I "supposedly" kept telling the staff and Dr. Harris "Thank you" while they were doing the finishing process and got me into the car. No more than the weekend, my mouth healed great. It was so crazy feeling those crazy holes of the missing teeth in my mouth. At the follow up, Dr. Harris checked my mouth/gums...everything looked good. I couldn't help but ask if I could give him a hug. He really helped me out with the removal of my wisdom teeth and I highly recommend him to those who wish to get their wisdom teeth out! This second time I had minimal pain and downtime. They're practicing social distancing -- masks required, hand sanitizer, minimal patients in the office at the same time. I have an old-style set of teeth (from when mothers actually used sugar a lot) so I have had the range of fillings and crowns. He is methodical and thorough. He also has an excellent touch with injections -- which is a blessing in itself. His practice is also very well organized. Schedule is well-planned so there is no waiting. He has also been available when work was needed immediately. Dental assistants are also excellent. I've been through a lot of dentists in my life and this practice is far and away the best.

First of all, the girl who works at the desk, I believe her name is Shannon, is amazingly helpful. She won't BS you, and is very straight forward. This was the first time I went to a dentist office and the front desk actually explained what my insurance would cover, I love that she does this. She is also very friendly. The girl who helped prepped me, and helped Dr Sweeney with the surgery was also phenomenal. Everyone is so absolutely nice, and real with you. Dr Sweeney did an amazing job on my surgery, and took the time to ensure I understood all of my options before the surgery, and why I was having the surgery. He didn't talk to me like I was "dumb", like I have had dentists do in the past. He used visuals to explain what was going on with my gums, and was very nice and educational. Finally this February my teeth were hurting enough that I felt I had to take action. I was able to make an appointment quickly and assigned to Dr. Agnihotri. The consultation went well and Dr. Neil, who was friendly, said they would take care of me. The surgery appointment was made three weeks from that time. The day of the surgery I was a little nervous, as I think is normal. It was successful and has been healing well since. Whenever I go to see Dr. Neil I feel relaxed because of his positive attitude and reassurance. I definitely recommend this surgeon to anyone!

He was referred by a dentist friend (hey Dr. Stafford!) and while it was definitely a painful process I know I chose the right oral surgeon to go through it with. Dr. Herrera's staff is friendly and answered all of my questions. Maria is amazing at the front desk and Ashley is AWESOME in billing. Dr. H is one of those people that immediately makes you feel comfortable-even as he's explaining how he will be chipping large portions of bone out of your mouth.
