Dr. Sood and Camille have been really awesome at helping me address my concerns and I have seen improvements the last few months that have made feel better and happier. Dr. Sood is very kind and informative when he deals with -you- as a patient. When you receive your laser hair removal treatments he makes sure to check in on how you're doing and feeling, about everything regarding your treatment. The same can be said for Camille, as well. Camille has been helpful with skincare and I've enjoyed my last two facials that I've had done with her. She has taught me a lot about products, and what I should and should not use. She overall has helped me simplify my skincare. (The microdermabrasion one I got today was really nice!) The office is clean, modern, and professional. I went up to the front desk and told the ladies there who I was. She told me without even looking up from her computer that I was over 5 minutes late and that I would have to reschedule. I thought it was a joke. No it wasn't, she said the office only allows you to be 5 minutes late not 7. Never heard of a doctors office to have this in stone. I asked her if I could wait and the answer was no. Still not looking up from her computer. I told her never mind I will find a more competant ENT office. Not just regular post nasal drip but *thick* and requires some back of throat manipulation to get down from the back of my nose. Was basically told to lose weight (Which I am aware of AND currently working on) and more disappointingly, was told my thick, stringy post nasal drip was more of an annoyance and to just deal with it. NO. I will not just deal with it. I will find a doctor that will listen to the patients concerns with a sympathetic ear and not be told that I would be one of six with the same complaint today. So the superficial check of the ears nose and throat said I was otherwise healthy..why would I have paid $50 for a copay if I felt healthy. I came down with something a few days ago-don't know if its COVID, a sinus infection or whatever but I feel absolutely awful and am self quarantining. Yesterday I called Shore Urgent Care to see if they were COVID testing. The message said they were testing till 8pm. EXCELLENT. I go over there. I walk in and in a very raspy voice (thats how I sound with whatever this is) that I was there for a COVID test. There were only two people in the waiting room. The woman behind the desk asked if I registered on line. I replied that I hadn't. That I had called and there was no mention of registering on line. She said "yes there is." UH. No there was wasn't I replied (now keep in mind my voice is barely above a whisper.) I did adopt a nasty tone because she was so snotty about it. I was gonna tell her to call the number for the office and listen forherself. Before I had the chance this guy pops up from an alcove area behind the desk. He said something (I honestly dont recall what it was). I said again it doesn't tell you to register on line. The guy was getting hostile. Guess he thought I would be intimidated. NOT even a little Scrabby Do. BUT being the bigger person I went out to my car and did try to register on line. To no avail. So I called. The woman (not either of the women from the front desk) said they were through for the afternoon.
