WARNING DO NOT LET DT. Kralick touch you. He performed my back surgery and left me crippled . He REFUSED to see me post op when I was experiencing WORSE symptoms . I had an appointment WOULD NOT SEE ME. He is impossible to get ahold of . The office staff is a uncoordinated mess! After having a PA TELL ME NOT TO GO BACK TO WORK BCBOF COVID. They put the incorrect date on my disability paperwork. I wWAS NOT PAID FOR SEVEN MONTHS. My discharge visit lasted 10 minutes when I showed him my previously functioning foot was not unable to use. He said" I have no idea I am a surgeon!!" I asked if I should see neurologist and he said" good luck getting an appointment!!!" My PT had to write my work restrictions bc he had not seen me and said no restrictions when I could not even walk!!! I hope to commence litigation but need to find another doctor to say he messed up!!!! Please do not put yourself at risk! read more

My primary pysician (whom I adore) used to be a member of the Shore Physicians Group. So whenever I needed an urgent care I would just go to the urgent care next to her office / connected to her practice. I came down with something a few days ago-don't know if its COVID, a sinus infection or whatever but I feel absolutely awful and am self quarantining. Yesterday I called Shore Urgent Care to see if they were COVID testing. The message said they were testing till 8pm. EXCELLENT. I go over there. I walk in and in a very raspy voice (thats how I sound with whatever this is) that I was there for a COVID test. There were only two people in the waiting room. The woman behind the desk asked if I registered on line. I replied that I hadn't. That I had called and there was no mention of registering on line. She said "yes there is." UH. No there was wasn't I replied (now keep in mind my voice is barely above a whisper.) I did adopt a nasty tone because she was so snotty about it. I was gonna tell her to call the number for the office and listen forherself. Before I had the chance this guy pops up from an alcove area behind the desk. He said something (I honestly dont recall what it was). I said again it doesn't tell you to register on line. The guy was getting hostile. Guess he thought I would be intimidated. NOT even a little Scrabby Do. BUT being the bigger person I went out to my car and did try to register on line. To no avail. So I called. The woman (not either of the women from the front desk) said they were through for the afternoon. I ended up at Galloway Urgent Care and while it was a ridiculously long wait the personnel could not have been nicer. Thank you Galloway Urgent Care. Your review is next. read more

The Mays Landing office only has one doctor. I really like that one doctor. Since I do not go to the doctor often, I did not know of the policy of not being able to go to the other offices/doctors. I tried to make an appointment today and was told the doctor was going on vacation and would not be available for almost 2 weeks. I asked to go to another office and was told I needed permission from the office to do so!! What kind of business is this! I called another office and they would not schedule me. I was told to use urgent care. I have an issue with medicine I am on and urgent care would not be beneficial. Very disappointing to have to switch doctors' office!!! Horrible way to treat people who need you! Going elsewhere when I can switch. read more

I saw Dr. Kralick for neck pain and neuropathy in my arm. He told me I needed surgery to repair the disc. At 39 yrs old, I was very worried and nervous. I must say that Dr. Mallilli has been the most amazing surgeon i have ever come across. His bedside manner and the time he took to spend with me was outstanding! ! He has made me feel comfortable about a very uncomfortable situation and made it easy for me to be open and honest about somethings i would rather not talk about with anyone let alone a doctor and because of this i was able to receive the proper care by talking to him about something i thought had no significance to my surgery!! He is truly an outstanding doctor and hope that i may never need his services again but if i am ever in need of another surgery i would request him! Its very refreshing to have a doctor who will not just operate just because the money is there and he can! As for his staff, Ty has been such a great help. If she doesn't have the information i need she finds out and calls me back usually within 15 mins. She is always so pleasant and it is clear she loves her job. Dr.Grace Fiorentino was more than happy to help my parents when she was getting plenty of insurance money during my dads quadruple bypass and plenty of surgeries afterwards when he kept getting infections. Even gave my mother her cell phone number and told to call her if she ever has any problems. Fast forward over a year later, I go to the ER for an infection. Doctors in the ER gave me bactrin (antibiotics), and told me to follow up with my doctor if it doesn't get any better. At the time I wanted to switch primary doctors since my current one was horrible, so I chose her. I called her office, because my left eye was swelling shut and I kept waking up with fevers. After about 10 minutes of trying to explain to the receptionist that I was a new patient so that she can stop trying to look up my information, she finally gave me an appointment date...a whole month later. I kept trying to explain to her what my situation was and why I need to see her immediately, receptionist kept cutting me off saying "That she understands, but..." Until finally I cut her off myself by saying "Look I just went to the ER 2 days ago, I keep waking up with fevers, my left eye is swelling up, and they told me to follow up with my primary if things get worse and she is my primary!" receptionist tells me to please hold, puts me on hold, then after a few minutes on hold I was disconnected. I told my mom this, so she called grace directly on her cell phone. The good doctor tells her "You called my cell phone you need to call my receptionist." and hangs up. So unless you are terminal and she can make a lot of money off you, she wants nothing to do with you. read more
