They even have some exotic items like ostrich eggs! Definitely worth a stop if you're in the neighborhood. Sadly, when I got home, I noticed my $18 bag of camel jerky had a hole in it, so I couldn't eat that and I live 40 minutes away so unfortunately I didn't get to try that. They estimate that the bag holds 6-7 lbs of apples. When we went they said there were 5 apple varieties but three of them were pretty picked through. This was the 4th day they were open for the season. It is a pretty small apple orchard. That being said, we were able to get a full bag although a lot of apples were small or ones that looked nice only turned out to have wormholes in them. Lots of tossed apples on the ground too. Parking is all in one area now which is better than previous years where there were multiple. Some food and drinks vendors right outside the entrance. They don't sell apple cider or apple cider donuts here sadly.

A lot of items didn't have pricing which for me prevented me from buying more but I actually just went shopping elsewhere before stopping in so I would've bought more. The fruit and veggies are not all nice and shinny like at the grocery stores, these items look to be straight from a farm imo. Don't expect to find everything in perfect shape or that you don't have to look through the fruits or veggies and if you know, you know! Their items were a bit high but it's worth it when it comes to our struggling farmers!!! I'll buy more from them from here & out.

I went to a few vendors. I went to the kettle corn spot and the K-Gimbap spot. I got a not so small bag of kettle corn and bulgolgi gimbap. It took 2 days for me to finish the kettle corn. I had to finish it quickly because it was getting bad. The gimbap was good. The vendor was super sweet. I would definitely buy again. I hope she has the combo next time I see her. She was also playing K-pop demon hunters. I'm sure there's usually more vendors at this location. The weather was just bad.

But, based on the great reviews here, in April I decided to give Be Wise a try for CSA. Initially, it took about a month to get my application processed, but after that, everything has been smooth sailing! We have an every-other-week subscription and I am always so impressed with the freshness and quality of the produce. CLEAN and CRISP spring mix, ripe peaches, the tastiest strawberries that you've ever eaten! And potatoes to die for! Yes, even something as simple as the humble potato can be a thing of glory when it is FRESH and roasted with tasty butter and herbs! Out of this world taste! I love that we can support a LOCAL family run-business, enjoy vitamin-packed ORGANIC produce and have a smaller ecological footprint than using the plastic-wrapped dead produce at the grocery store.
