The boat was in good shape and handled in the water well. The sail was in great shape too. The prices are very affordable and it took literally no time to get out on the water, they rig for you and send you off. The sailboats would fit 4 adults comfortably and the views in the lagoon are fantastic. Highly recommend this if you are in MV for any amount of time. We rented Kayaks ($20 a person for 1.5 hours) and they provided us the option to go down to the beach (1.5 miles) or up to the lake (1 mile). They had life vests for all ages. They educated us on which way the River was flowing so we knew what best suited us. Overall made for a very pleasant morning.

And of course, kayaking on the Cape on a perfect July day - doesn't get much better! He was personable, knowledgeable and made us feel safe and secure. After a brief safety discussion, we were off.
